That was great thank you so much! I really liked the camera angles when you went back and forth from grinding to pulling shots and overall very informative. I start as a Lead Barista in 2 weeks and was getting a refresher. Ok Peace and thanks

I'm writing a novel and realized I needed an "opening the coffee shop in the morning" scene. I figured I'd have to drive into town and get a barista to take the time to educate me...and then I found this! Educated AND saved some time and gasoline. Thanks.

Favourite part in the video as well is seeing how a few different seconds in a pull can change the shots flavour. Really reinforces the need for precision

Thank you my friend!! There is definitely so much that I try and teach our baristas to be consistent on. Most people like to blame the machines when things go wrong, but they dont often question whether they've been consistent themselves. Glad you enjoyed 😊

Yes, I did very much enjoy the video & I subscribed!
My favorite part of the video is you saying don’t stress, be consistent, be prepared to make it easier for ourselves!
I learned how to do the range of time change- had no idea!!!
Thank you for sharing this video

9:36 Hi, thanks for making this video!
Question: how do you clean the filter?
I would think that you have another, maybe larger microfibre cloth next to the waste bucket but I’d like to hear what you’re doing.
    Tia!

The cloth used to clean the milk steam wand, does it have to be damped with regular water? Or sanitizer water?

Which is worse.. cross contaminating with the towels or over steaming milk til it screams? 🤯

Haha. What is worse is a customer who wants extra hot and no foam. And make that almond milk 🤣

What about blind filter use insted of coffee ?

Sorry, what do you mean by blind filter use ?

@@CoffeeTimeJR I was thinking the same. Warm up the internal components with the blind filter instead of using coffee in the portafilter basket, maybe it doesn't work like that. Anyway, loved watching the entire process. Well done!

this works. Why shouldn't it work? These coffee professionals are not technicians. It could also be interesting to run the machine with a lower current over night and let it heat up for an hour in the morning. Energy safe should be an issue.

    I don't find any in UA-cam that that's helpful..
