Amazing video Jimmy ! Just getting a taste of a live production scene! Wow, there is a structured system to the process and every move has a reason why! I got a little stressed just watching another customer coming in and another one! LOL. Question, is there a reason why a Malkonig Ek43 is used for Decaf as opposed to another Anfim? Please share more of these live experiences! Thank you!!
Thank you 🙏🏻, we use the ek for our single origins, decaf, and the other 2 blends we offer separately to our main bean in the anfim. Having a grinder for each is just not practical 👍🏻
Can you teach me how to clean the coffee machine? And how to keep unused coffee beans And how long can I keep it When frothing the milk to create a shape on the coffe, can the leftover milk be kept?

Love this video, relaxing to watch and impressive work flow/ multitasking. Two q's for you if you're still here 😀 1) How can you tell when the milk is steamed to the right temp? 2) How often is the machine cleaned? 🍮
Hey, glad you enjoyed it. Check out my video on using a thermometer ua-cam.com/video/oel4nU_AUtA/v-deo.html It's the only way to truly get the temperate right. During my time in Saudi Arabia I work solo for like 6 months. The worst part the cafè is located at a festival. The first month was so freaking stressful 😂 then I make my own techniques during peak hours and that’s the Fun part!
Great video, you should definitely do more of these. and love the clean, well considered work space with all the toys. Very jealous haha also, if you dont have to split your milk, try spinning the sugar in the milk - ensures it gets dissolved and quicker than stirring it in ✌
glad you enjoyed it. I'll try the sugar in the milk but would be hesitant because any wastage of milk would leave behind some of the sugar. Interested to see how it effects the milk though. Cheers

wow its so soothing lookin how clean, fast, and neat his working attitude, great job !
Thanks 🙏🏻
Always cool to see how others do it. I'm also in Aus :) Our shop is a little bit messier sometimes but its can get pretty busy in our little shop (400-500$ an hour from 7 to 11). Thank goodness we don't have a kitchen/cook food though otherwise I would probably lose my mind hah. Keep up the good work!
An hour? How much does one single espresso cost?
Being a barista in a shop like this is kinda my dream job. I don’t think it’ll ever happen as it is such a big pay cut, but maybe one day I’ll give it a go anyways. Great watching a master at work.
Very really dedicated, hardworking! Excellent & loved every moment of it!
Lol working at both a bar and a coffee place I liked cleaning stuff on my down time
Clean and tidy is the best way to be
Awesome video, great watching for Baristas.....BUT I reckon you could do with the Markibar Izagga....would save you heaps of time.Doses accurately and preloads the next shot auto matically ...I love it.
How do you find the quality of the coffee if it’s been pre ground and sitting in the grinder?
@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters Good point, have to dump a lot of shots if adjusting and changing. Also only good when you firing repeatedly, probably not the best for quite times, shots theorectically no good if left to long.
I have owned a coffee shop for 6 years now and watching this really makes me want to rethink my work flow setup for the smooth transition and everything in an arms reach. Great job.
Glad we could inspire you
Mise en place.
Wow! Thanks to your other videos I have so enjoyed learning about, and making speciality coffee at home, but this video stresses the shit out of me! I could never handle the stress of working in a cafe and creating the quality of drinks you’re making. Kudos, and I definitely appreciate the job of a barista even more than I did before.
this is such good feedback Joshua, thanks! Baristas do much more than everyone gives them credit for.
Glad you enjoyed it.
Jimmy
And how to keep unused coffee beans And how long can I keep it
When frothing the milk to create a shape on the coffe, can the leftover milk be kept?
So satisfying! Im impressed how you take every detail seriously. Maybe you should make a routine step by step. 🔥
Great feedback, thanks. Great idea, we'll make that happen.
Jimmy
Dude. When the second person just walked in, My anxiety went through the roof. 1. I'm not a people person and 2. I have ADHD so I need to finish task 1 before starting task 2. Thank you for letting me know I never need to be a barista. I'll stick with my mourning routine of pour over to my self. Keep up the great work.
Love this video, relaxing to watch and impressive work flow/ multitasking.
Two q's for you if you're still here 😀
1) How can you tell when the milk is steamed to the right temp?
2) How often is the machine cleaned?
🍮
Hey, glad you enjoyed it.
Check out my video on using a thermometer ua-cam.com/video/oel4nU_AUtA/v-deo.html It's the only way to truly get the temperate right.
We clean our machine throughout the day and chemical clean it every day. If you use more than 1kg on a machine, it needs to be cleaned.
Hope this helps
Jimmy
dream job, need more info to open my coffee shop
Starting going through all of our video then 👊🏻
During my time in Saudi Arabia I work solo for like 6 months. The worst part the cafè is located at a festival. The first month was so freaking stressful 😂 then I make my own techniques during peak hours and that’s the Fun part!
Great!
I like how the customers help them self
Very regular hey!
Cheers
I don't care how fast you can multi task, I'd get slightly nervous for you as the 3rd customers walked in (lol). Great job 😂😂😂
fb80, ek43 and a e65. beautiful setup
Excellent workflow! Thank you for giving us insights about your job as a barista. Hoping to get some points about barista stuffs in the future. Im aspiring to be one someday :)
Glad it was helpful!
You’re making me want to go back to work in that industry.
Do it 😉
You are great at being able to receive orders that come continuously even though you work alone are you trained?
Hey am a Barista from Uganda Africa. Working for 4years now as a head barista for Kombi Koffee jinja, Uganda nice work how does one join your great team if there is space
Hey, we have a jobs page on our site artisti.com.au 👌🏼
This is so cool! my favorite part has got to be the one with ryan sitting on the stairs thinking hes out of the shot haha. This work flow and the resources you have there are really impressive. Right down to the little details of walking a take away coffee over to the customer when ever you can. I used to do that all the time when i was working in a cafe and that would honestly mean a lot to people.
Work hard play hard enjoy your job n life 💕
We’ll said 👌🏼
These skills look like a real challenge to master but you also make it look like fun man! Awesome video, 30 minutes went by before I even knew it 😂
Thank you. Jimmy loves what he does and it so talented and loves making brews for people
been at work for the past 10 hours and here i am watching videos of what i just finished doing 🤣🤣
Awesome Craig. Smash em out 👊
@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters funny thing is i'm a chef that enjoys making coffee and this isn't actually my trade 🙌🙌 i enjoy the pump of a busy service and am not getting it from my current position, so decided to jump on the coffee machine ✌✌
excellent info, thanks so much for sharing your work routine!
Very welcome 🤗
This was great! Thanks for the upload😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hey bro, thanks for this videos and can you please tell me the difference between the two of coffee grinders 🙏🏻 cheerss
One is for our main bean it’s full the other is a single dose grinder, this allows us to change beans wa h time we grind
Im getting anxious when people started coming. Hat’s off to you sir
Recently opened up my own restaurant and have an espresso machine. Working as a barista is so hard. Love it though. Learning more and more everyday. That jug rinser is absolutely clutch BTW.
Congratulations! Always something to learn each day. The rinsed is the I-milk system. It pours milk and washers jugs🤙🏻
@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters I have the jug rinser. Not the milk dispenser, yet. 😂
Greetings from Indonesia dude,I'm a Barista who works in KSA,good job!
Cheers! Thank you
