what a beautiful plants. Thank you for buying plants from our country and post it on your channel. it is really a huge support for our local business. I always enjoyed to watch your video as well, to see how you take care of your plants and see your own planting technics, kind of a new knowledge for others planters. Hope all those beautiful plants can grow happily. Happy planting 🌱
I have always loved your videos about plants, even before you had a lot of plants. Like you I love experimenting with plants, so I feel like I’ve found a kindred spirit here.
this was a very helpful video. your soil mixes look great and I'm definitely going to try them.with Aglaonema, if you prefer a shorter stem and a bushier looking plant like I do, you can propogate it by cutting the stem half way. put the top part in water to root and then pot it separately.the mother plant which has no leaves after the cutting, usually produces new shoots too.
Watching this while, I am making moss poles at 10:00 pm at night. This shipment from this company packaged this for you way better than the other company Ecuagenera had done for the packaging that you received from them. I saw another YT unbox Ecuagenera and same poor packaging style. These are gorgeous. Enjoy!
I love your choice of terracotta pots. They're definitely my preferred pots . I think the don't detract from the beauty of the plant . The Anthurium Doryaki ( sp ) is so pretty 😍 I'd never heard of it !
You have some really nice methods that i don’t hear about in the community! Genius 😄 I might have to try the lighter for disinfecting. Also, the Polyfill to protect the stems ? Such a great idea 🥰 So much thought, care and Information in one video. Learning a lot so thank you 🙏
This company is impressive. I worked in international logistics and Indonesia is a very corrupt place, mostly govt, and these plant people are as legit as can be. I also noted their shipping cost and they are passing discounts on to customers. The plants are beautiful.
What a great collection of plant babies. Christine 🌱 I'm wondering when you first water after potting why not set plants on a tray for thorough water? A dry medium, dry pole, and terracotta wicks moisture? Or is that the point. Please do the plant problems video. Thanks much
Wow this video was just wonderful! I only have seen 2 videos from you so far, but you're becoming one of my favorite plant-youtubers, your attention to detail is amazing and we have a similar style of doing things (but you do it better! hehe) so you're very inspirational to me!
Hi Christine, love your plants. Are you going to collect some more aglaonema like red valentine or pink lady? Please make a video about importing plants step by step.
Great video, love that you are showing every step of the rehab for these gorgeous plants. They all look wonderful and healthy! They seem they have travelled well ! Your chunky mix looks excellent. How often do you have to water? Looking forward to see your updates on these beautiful plants. Thanks for sharing and happy growing.
Yep. Verrucosum roots are much more finer than melano. I think the splendid definitely more similar to verrucosum on the roots department. In my opinion the hybrid is more easy to take care than the parent plants 😂
Hey Christine, how are you liking the self watering pot for your Luxurans Philo? Thank you so much for taking us through the unboxing, rehab, potting and updates after potting.
Beautiful plants indeed!! Burl Marx needs bright indirect light to sustain the varigation! The Anthurium doryaki is spectacular! In my wishlist for sure, it's difficult to ship in Europe from Indonesia though...
Thanks Victoria! I just now realized I forgot to mention the Burle Marx in the update! Its currently on the built-in wall shelves under a spider farmer grow light but I'll keep an eye on the variegation, I appreciate the tip!
Dear Christine, could you please explain us the difference between Philodendron X Moonstera X Pothos X Anthurium? I am confused to identify them just by looking at them. Thank you. Love your videos!
Hi Christine isn’t the clarinervium just adorable. To let you know I have all of my aroids apart from the clarinervium in leca and they are all doing really well. A queen Antherium and veichhi are next on my list but I love that Dragon scale it’s such a weird looking plant but adorable.Love your videos
@@christinekobzeff I would say the only plant that’s not really thrived is the philodendron dark Lord which has a very thin root system so I’m think of converting that to a regular aroid mix but anything with a thicker root system I think does well. I’m thinking about converting some of my orchids perhaps too. Honestly though your aroid mix looks great so why change what’s working. X
Christine, your plants are looking amazing! I do have a couple of questions and they are since you use humidifiers and grow lights and such does that affect your electric bill tremendously or is it doable? It seems like it would be quite expensive. Thanks for another great video.
Thank you so much Kate! That's a great question, since all the grow lights I use are LED it keeps the cost really minimal. When I first set up the lights I was really curious about that too but we never noticed any major changes in our electric bill. If I had to guess, it's probably around $5-8 dollars extra per month, so about the cost of 2 coffees. But nothing compares to using the air conditioner, furnace or space heaters, those are the main culprits that significantly increase our electric bill. ☺️
Usually for the first watering I start with the Super Thrive and then after a few weeks or when the plant gets comfortable and established in its new pot, I'll introduce Liqui-Dirt and begin fertilizing.
They are not Totems, they are moss poles. Totems are sacred to the Native Americans and it's disrespectful to continue to use that name. - and I'm sure you don't mean it that way, but the whole plant community has moved away from using that name, so just thought I'd mention it to respect our Native and 1st Nations brothers and sisters.
This is the singel worst plant company I have ever used. They took my money for plants they had not rooted and refused to refund my order after more than a month had passed. Please do not use this company They are horrible!
Don’t trust the plant shop!! They’ll just through a plant your way without sending picture’s or give you a reverted plant that doesn’t match the picture. Took them for ever!
Your planty videos are literally my favorite on this whole site 🥺😍

Appreciate your time and tech savvy. I can’t imagine how long this video took to make. Plants are really beautiful.
Thank you so much Angie!
Just placed my order, can’t wait to receive it! I grown my allocasia in hydroponic and even in moss only and they love it.
Awesome, thanks Areliz! I'll have to start experimenting with hydroponics.
Hi Areliz! Did you receive them? How are they?
@@liasummers6270 yes! I did and she’s beautiful

Agalonemas are such fabulous easy plants!!!
'They create joy in my heart' - lovely 😍

That FREAKING CLARINERVIUM!💞😍 they are definitely one of my favorite anthuriums too! I just can't believe how perfect that beauty came in!
Hi Lauren! I know right?! Clarinerviums are so beautiful!

clarinerviums self pollinate if you rub on the influorescence itll help fertilize the berries

@@christinekobzeff You are most welcome dear, don't mention it!! My pleasure to help if I can. ❤️
Beautiful plants and thank you for sharing 👍
Love these videos so much, thank you so much for sharing!
I'm so jealous of the alocasia dragon scale! In Canada you get one leaf and usually not even well rooted for 150$ if lucky. 😱
Huh? I’ve gotten dragon scales at Sobeys in Canada for $20.
Woah got plant envious over here😍😋✨💚💚💚
Beautiful plants 😍 love aroid market 💛🥺
ces plantes sont magnifiques avec une préférence pour le bébé anthurium, il est adorable! bisous de France
Thank you!!
Such a gorgeous haul!!! Just used your code to order a couple plants from them myself :)
Pictus Tricolors need a lot more humidity they’re not as easy to care for as your typical aglaonema.
Beautiful plants
Would love a video about plants that didn't make it or how you know a plant is not able to be saved. Thank you!
Could you put links to where you get the stuff to make your different soil's please? I love that little Anthurium dorayaki.
I really want an alocasia zebrina! Love that you've got a dragon scale.

i love ordering from aroid market!
I read some bad reviews about the company but looking at those you just unboxed ... I may take a risk one day to get some from overseas.
Where do you buy most the soil components?
Do you only use the Super Thrive for transplanting/repotting?
Usually for the first watering I start with the Super Thrive and then after a few weeks or when the plant gets comfortable and established in its new pot, I'll introduce Liqui-Dirt and begin fertilizing.
Yay!!!
This is is so cool.
You say aroid market can you please put a website or a contact information thank you really enjoying your channel
You need to live in the rain forest 😍
The cost though 😮
Did you mean Fir bark not pine bark?
Oh shoot yes you're right! For some reason I had pine bark on my mind but this is fir bark.
I put my antherioms in a basket
