You're so descriptive! As you show us around your plant room, I had a few questions in min: 1 vs 2 cup set up in perlite; is the green algae toxic to the plant and do we need to repot when they grow?; how much water do we add to the perlite prop box; what are the cons of growing all together in moss etc etc. And you answered all of them right after!! The level of detail you provide is incredible, thank you!
Thank you for the completely thorough and wonderful video on how to propagate plants I sure do appreciate everything you showed us here today keep up the good work!
I always REALLY appreciate how much time you put into your videos😊 your love of plants is SO infectious. I learn something new everytime! Your channel and Unplantparenthood (which I think you would really enjoy too!) are the only two plant channels that I've found that put out a lot of these longer, more informative videos that are just SUPER helpful and fun to watch! Thanks SO much! You're awesome!💚
My philodendron Serpens has a crazy fuzzy petiole and I love it ! Great video I use perlite in my prop boxes I like moss for certain things but I usually get 100% success rate with perlite boxes.
Thank you so much for doing your videos. I just started propagating in perlite. You give me so many better ideas. Love you so much! You are so pretty and sweet and your plant room is just stunning. I am amazed how you keep it. Oh how I work to be as awesome as you! You truly are such an inspiration for me!
Will be so interested to see how your prop's go in perlite. I see a Queen in my life very soon just trying to find one in the UK, or an import not crazy money. My Clavinervium is doing so well but I've been told the Queens are trickier!? Can I ask Christine what is the stone in your engagement ring...it is so beautiful? Happy planting and Proping :-)
I chuckled when you started to cut your m. Subpinnatum and kept cutting more xD Hope these wetsticks will all grow quick and nicely 🤞 Love your content! Started to watch the older ones too, have a great feel to it aswell! ^_^
Thanks Zena! Yes it's the Morganite stone, I was looking for just the right setting for it, something delicate, simple and pretty. We worked with our settings supplier to make a custom band. ❤️
Wow very informative I love this content Super helpful and straight to the point No gabbing about your opinions or silly stuff Cleaning those scissors that way instead of isopropyl alcohol from now on thank you so much! Plus I’m off to buy totes thank you thank you thank you !
I know it’s been a year, but I didn’t see an update in your videos so I’d love to know how all the wet sticks turned out! Also curious how the moss-prop results compared to the perlite-props, I have a bunch of sad Philo Brasil cuttings that I’m considering chopping into wet sticks!
I have learned so much from your videos. I have a question. I tried propagating in perlite and my roots rooted including some of my leaves. What am I doing wrong.
Thank you, Christine, for the video. I love your precision when cutting and propagating new wet sticks. I'm learning so much from you. My plants seem happy lately. I replaced most of the dirt with the soil mixes you recommended. I know plants are your big love but maybe one day you could do a video again about what you "eat in a day" or share your latest beauty products. I used to love your cruelty free product recommendations. Thank you!
I’m scared to put my albo cutting stem part in the perlite because of potential rot. The current root had started rotting when it was just in water. Am I just paranoid? Should I put some of the stem into the perlite? It’s got two nodes the lower has 2.5 in root, the top has a dried (was chopped for root rot) aerial root and the leaf
Christine, what do you do with the dirt that your plants have died in? Do you just keep reusing the same dirt or you just throw it away? I haven’t hear anyone address that dilemma on UA-cam yet.🤷♀️
very nice info, only my eyes can't look to long to your video, because background blurred to much.., 1 sec normal next blurry.. to much, I can't see only your diamant glittering ring..}😁💍, you make your perlite so wettt... it's not a cement box.. and please talk sloooowlyer.. than I will subscribe.. now I have to stop watching... 😘
Your aesthetic is so clean and crisp. Light, airy, earthy, clean and full of lush plants

I can’t believe UA-cam never recommended your channel to me! Such great informative content 🪴❤️🪴❤️🪴❤️🪴
The way you have set up that spider farmer light is GENIUS!!
You voice is very calming. Great video as always.

Years ago I could’ve seen you purchase the pink philodendron. I’m starting to love plants there so calming. I love your plant room.
Totally haha! Thanks Mel, it's so true, plants are very soothing and calming, love caring for them.

So nice.. I love the ring by the way.. was it the same stone you had in your gift video?
Thanks Zena! Yes it's the Morganite stone, I was looking for just the right setting for it, something delicate, simple and pretty. We worked with our settings supplier to make a custom band. ❤️
Great video Christine, beautiful Morganite ring! Perfect for you 😊
Everybody give a thumbs up if you want to see more of Michael!

Cleaning those scissors that way instead of isopropyl alcohol from now on thank you so much!
Plus I’m off to buy totes thank you thank you thank you !
Have you ever done a video about your different soil mixture?
I know it’s been a year, but I didn’t see an update in your videos so I’d love to know how all the wet sticks turned out! Also curious how the moss-prop results compared to the perlite-props, I have a bunch of sad Philo Brasil cuttings that I’m considering chopping into wet sticks!
Love these videos!! Best planty channel on UA-cam 🥰 but what was holding you back? 😅 (23:36)
This is very informative. Thank you
What is the plant growing 17:39 in a zig zag pattern upwards? I really like it. Great video btw
I have learned so much from your videos. I have a question. I tried propagating in perlite and my roots rooted including some of my leaves. What am I doing wrong.

This video was so helpful. My wet sticks are rotting :(… I would like to know what the plant is zig zagging up the wall in the right side of the desk
Wow, eight months since your questioning and no answer as of yet?! I don’t sub to any channels that don’t reply
Estan hermosas tus plantis
New ring?? So pretty!
Love @SpiderFarmer 🐝🌿👍
I’m scared to put my albo cutting stem part in the perlite because of potential rot.

Am I just paranoid? Should I put some of the stem into the perlite? It’s got two nodes the lower has 2.5 in root, the top has a dried (was chopped for root rot) aerial root and the leaf
The seller wax sealed the ends since they had started to rot a bit (no current stem rotting since I’ve had it 5mo)
Albo monstera if that wasn’t clear
Christine, what do you do with the dirt that your plants have died in? Do you just keep reusing the same dirt or you just throw it away? I haven’t hear anyone address that dilemma on UA-cam yet.🤷♀️
PS- do you just reuse the same perlite that you propagated in as well as dirt?
Ps we need and updated on this prop box!!
🌻
Can you use pearlite with snake plants? If so how cuz mine always get soggy
would you sell a monstera subpinata cuttings
How do u water the perlite in the jars?
Can I bring a cutting straight into a prop box?
Isn't the orange-ish red on the inside of the freshly cut stem indicative of a rotting stem??
Whats your prefered temperature?
👍🏽🙏
The hairiest it’s the philodendron seepens 😏😏
The philodendron Serpens has super fuzzy petioles 🥺
Where's our favorite little squirrel?
i cant relate to your everything perfect thing
Forget about your plants, where Michael?
