@@karenac670 I don’t do her workouts exclusively, but do I have more muscle and core strength compared to years ago when I didn’t workout consistently, yes. But diet is more important (you can have muscle and still have excess fat) and hormone health even more than that, you can be doing everything right and not see any results. I personally struggle with PCOS symptoms which makes weight-loss hard. So it’s a little more complicated than do you see body changes from her workouts because it relies on more than her! But what matters is you’re moving your body, working your muscles, and enjoy doing the workouts you do! And I enjoy Bailey’s! But if you want something that will change your body, I did Tracey Anderson’s metamorphosis and saw very quick results in a months time but it was exhausting and I dreaded the dance cardio and shin pain everyday so while it was effective, I could not sustain doing it.
I love your workouts so much, Bailey! Your cheerful disposition, your sweet smile, your encouraging words, your beautiful locations, your cues to check our form and breathing-they help me so much! I’m having trouble with the tricep movements that start around 2:05. I don’t think I’m positioned right because I feel it in my lower back. Can you give me some more hints on how to get it right?

i wish i could pull out this workout fully but when it comes to leaning over with one leg extended, my thigh on the leg that isn't extended burns a lot and it's hard to stay up when I should be focusing on abs :( any help or recommendations?
i've been doing 1-3 5 min pilates videos at least 3 days a week for a month and don't see a difference yet.. i was doing 30 mins - 1hr of yoga a day before. (and still am).. am i missing something or is it only really noticeable if you weren't exercising before? i'm vegan if it makes a difference
