BMW 35D M57 FLUIDAMPR / SWIRL FLAP delete / EGR race pipe / EGR cooler removal + INSTALL!

Welcome back everyone! Today we've got another gorgeous BMW X5 E70 35D in for some well deserved parts! This truck came in with a previously done muffler delete done by another shop. We are going to clean up some of the previously done work on this one and in addition. We will be installing a Bimmertune billet EGR race pipe, removing the swirl flaps and installing the necessary block of plates in place of. Two supplied coolant block off caps will be placed in place of the front EGR cooler. We will clean the intake manifold of all the carbon build up with some purple power and stiff bristle brushes and install all new gaskets. Following that we are going to install a clutched alternator pulley and also a "Fluidampr" in place of the OEM harmonic balancer. In addition we will install new belts on the truck and show you guys how to install the front side stretch belt using a cheap off the shelf stretch belt remover and installer!
