Excellent video. 1 picked up a 2012 X5 w/ 140,000 miles. Drove it from Florida to NW OHIO. After putting 2000 miles it started smoking white out of the tailpipes. About 2 days later it started rolling white and a low coolant. And... And a milky dipstick. I opened the Owners Manual and found a GlowShift catalog....Hmmm. There isn't a Temperature Guage.. thanks BMW. I think the motor overheated. What do you think? I bought a EGR delete kit. The car was always serviced at the dealer according to previous owner. The EGR cooler was replaced shortly before I bought it. This is a no shit moment...The cooler only had one bolt into the block. The missing bolt was right below that area in a little pocket. I am installing parts today. And I am betting on a blown Head Gasket. THOUGHTS?? Would you try a Head Gasket miracle in a bottle? Again Great Video

Very cool video. Sounds fantastic. Thinking about doing egr and def delete and tune on a 2017 Cruze with 215k. I’ve seen a couple of posts that doing this may cause it to not reach operating temps. Wouldn’t the tune take this into consideration?

the replacement kit I got came with a new cover too but as in all the vids I have seen on this on YT, the camera always cuts away when there is an almighty struggle to get it to re-seat - how to get it to fully fit?? Rubber mallet??
