Thank you so so much for your wonderful work, such an amazing gift to offer us. 🙏🏼 My liver is enlarged but the doctor didn't know why, I don't drink alcohol but lots of coffee and... yuk.. smoked a lot, has caused a gastric ulcer. Only recently found out so been cutting down on both dramatically. To answer your question, I liked the third exercise the most as it's also really relaxing. Hi LuChin I would prefer method No. 3. It’s easier and more comfortable position to do it by laying down. I felt more relaxed after doing it. Thank you for sharing. ❤️🙏🏻❤️
I love the last technique the most for me since I can't spread the legs to far that last one was perfect. I suffer from fluid build up in the legs and arms sometimes and I notice it has improved 🙂
Hi Bill, try to do a little each day, to increase the flexibility. As we age, if we stop stretching and building strengths, we will become shorter and more stiff. 😀

Hello. Please tell me this: Is this routine good for treating luver fire/ hyperthyroidism? I live in Ireland and the doctors here are doing nothing for it but it's hetting too much for me now.
You can certainly do this in the morning. But in general, stimulating the liver Meridian will help you relax the body, relax, and nervous system , facilitate a good sleep. That’s no problem you do it any other time of the day

Dear LuChin, is it ok to tap and massage in the direction you’re doing it (from pelvis to the foot direction)? I’m asking because in the other video “gallbladder meridian detox” you’re tapping the “liver meridian” in other direction - from the big toe to the pelvis. Why we should tap and massage this time in other direction? Thank you for sharing your knowledge and for your precious time ❤
