If I feel good with beginning deiabetes without medicine,I dont feel the problem. I would like to understand better why this exercise might not be ok for everyone (if skin etc issues), or during a certain time? What could happen? Is there an exercise that would suit someone who has any of the conditions mentioned, exercise that has similar benefits, yet is safer? I did it along, gently. Didn't feel any soreness when tapping.
I’d like to understand better, when you say “pay attention if there are injuries in the skin” do you mean injuries in those specifical zones or anywhere else? Bc I have some psoriasis on the ankles…

It is possible. It might be an indication that Qi try to move through blocked areas. “Where there is blockage, there’s pain. Where there’s flow, there’s no pain”. Keep trying it for a few more days to see if you start to feel better. You can do up to 108 (three sets of 36) times a day.
Are you supposed to slap so hard?…I really find that a bit violent for myself…i have been doing this as I found it somewhere else though i love your site…but i do it gently….is that ok? Thank you so much❤
