@@Spalletti923 True! This pandemic really taught me a lot, I realised that depending on salaries alone is catastrophic. A senior colleague that lost his job went from living comfortably into hardship because he doesn't have any investment to fall back to.
I tried to trade forex and crypto on my own but had a bumpy ride and in that process I lost funds of over $97,000. sincerely I don't know what the problem is.
I've always been "the save your money in the bank" kind of guy. Now this comment section has convinced me to put them to work.

@@blanca536 more smiles and positivity. i'm feeling better in general. i have a chronic pain condition that has gotten better since i started also. i plan to continue this and meditation everyday. i have also been trying to focus on other things that make me happy or are positive in nature. today i went through several of gandhi's quotes. i've spent time watching videos on people doing good for others. i now know the more i work on positivity in my life the better it will be. i also try to stay away from any negative conversation or the news etc. someone told me recently to not say anything if i didn't have anything good to say. it wasn't for the other person's sake but for mine. i've realized i don't have to accept another person's negativity by just mentally rejecting it and moving on. it's all helped so much. i hope this helps you. it's helped me quite a bit.

I've only been doing this for about 3 weeks now and I can tell the difference . Instead of 21 I'm doing 30 days along with being 15 days sober today . I finally understand that I can choose to change my thought process and that my success is totally up to me . I've always dated losers who hold me back and drag me away from my goals . But no longer I am speaking this into the universe I will be world's greatest at what ever I decided to do. I can I will I must. i will graduate my college courses with stright A's &B's and afterward I will find a job that I love and have passion for . My gratitude journal has changed my life! I am more positive and happier than I have been in years! Look on youtube on how to do a gratitude journal. I'm seriously you won't be disappointed. It does not me I am a bad person. God loves us all. He gave us free will. He forgives. So i do not think he will judge us on listening to youtube music, especially if it is peaceful music like meditation music.

I will never forget the first time i fell asleep to this i used to fall asleep after 30 mins or more of rolling around untill i found something amazing to listen to whoch made me fall asleep in about 5 minutes i also wake up feeling more refreshed and happier
