That was a very graceful flow. I feel so good afterwards. Thank you also for the exercise. It is usually the little detailed tips you share that are super helpful to me. Much appreciation, dear Adam!
I've been lifting weights for quite a long time, but I heard a number of very useful tips that will help me modify and improve my practice! Thank you so much. Really love your 30-day programs❣️
Hello, feeling so much better since I have started back this week. Each day seems to be getting easier.I am really enjoying the strength _ 30 days of Tai Chi and review 0f. the exerices. Thanks so much Adam
Whether to wear shoes or go barefoot for Tai Chi and strength exercises depends on your comfort, environment, and personal preference. Ultimately, go with what feels most comfortable and safe for you. It’s great that you’re exploring both Tai Chi and strength exercises-keep up the good work! 😊
I did a lot of bicep curls when I was young. Adam, you said to do the curls by starting with a neutral grip. That seems much easier. Is it problematic to start and maintain an underhand or overhand grip while doing the bicep curls?
Using different grips for bicep curls-neutral, underhand (supinated), or overhand (pronated)-targets slightly different muscles or muscle groups. Vary Your Grip: Incorporating all three grips into your routine can help target different muscles and prevent overuse injuries. Listen to Your Body: If a particular grip feels unnatural or painful, adjust your form, reduce the weight, or opt for a more comfortable grip.
Thank you ❤
