As a Parkinsons sufferer, I found this routine very therapeutic. I'm continually focused on core strength, balance and flexibility to ward off stiffness and falls. You've inspired me to order the native American flute as an amateur musician. It's good for my mental strength, which can lessen anxiety and depression. Thank you!

First time doing tai chi and I thoroughly enjoyed it…a neck injury almost 30 years ago left me unable to withstand many exercises but I was encouraged to try tai chi by my cousin and after this being my first try I have to admit I really liked it and felt really good after the first session…looking forward to doing it again tomorrow!!!!!

Thank you, I’ve been suffering from multiple injuries from a car crash. It’s been a year, and Im still in a lot of pain, with not much help from doctors.
