NPR just had a program in which Senior citizens participated in a program comparing Aerobic activity with Tai Chi. I was impressed to hear that blood pressure stayed measurably lower in Tai Che participants. I'm using your program to explore Tai Chi for the first time. Thank you.

I was recommended Tai Chi for chronic pain - by my physio. I live somewhere too far from his classes to attend. Your gentle, kind approach, with examples of how you could adapt certain movements to make them easier or more challenging, was so helpful - and the flow was a manageable time length, too, so many are an hour. I really enjoyed the session and will be doing it again.
