This was SO good! I halved the recipe and it took me exactly 30 min in the oven. I thought it might be a little complicated to make this, but following her recipe it was a breeze. So fast to put together. And smells incredible while baking.
Forgot to mention, I used vegetable oil instead of butter, even added less than the recipe calls for and still so fluffy and moist.
I just made this recipe and it was delicious! I doubled it and added walnuts, cinnamon and cloves. I used five bananas. It is one of the best recipes I’ve ever made. I used to be a full time pastry chef. Bravo👏🏽

Hi, i am wondering if you also face the same problem as mine: is whipping cream supposed to be very thick, not that liquid? However, I noticed that in that video, the whipping cream is very liquid and not thick. Was that supposed to be fresh milk? So, she miswrote the recipe?

I followed your receipe today except that I reduced total sugar to 45g instead of 70g. It came out so moist and soft. Love it.

Just did this. Doubled the quality. Added more bananas and a splash of vanilla essence. Baked in a square tin since my loaf tins were a bit small. The whole house smelled great when it was baking. Nice and moist cake. Thanks, Apron.

Made this numerous times n everytime i made this, i received a lot compliments from my family. I didnt adjust much except just reduce a bit of sugar n add more bananas n more cream. We love the milky n sweet texture of this banana cake. i usually double or triple the quantity since it is always not enough😂

I just recooked this delicious banana cream cheese cake, twice in a row LOL! Yet I steamed instead of baked and I added a bit of brown sugar to made banana cake darker. The result was soooooo softttt and yummy. Many thanks to you! Cause I’ve tried many recipe yet end up failed
Yesterday I tried your recipe but I used 2 1/2 bananas and organic granulate sugar and 2 yolks for the cream cheese mixture because the organic eggs I used are a lot smaller. It came out so perfect and delicious. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe 😘

Just made this cream cheese banana bread, and it turned out to be amazing! Semi sweet and very moist, tastes sooooo good.
PS: I added chocolate chips in the banana bread part and sprinkled some more chocolate chips and a little bit of brown sugar on the top.

I made it with frozen bananas, halved the sugar amount (just the right sweetness for me) and used strained Greek yogurt for cream cheese and whipping cream. It was to die for! Thanks for the inspiration!

Bananas taste sweeter and are more easily digestible if you wait until small brown spots form on outside of the skin. The riper the better especially when it comes to banana breads!

It looks yummy! I will have to make one soon. 170 c is equal to 338 F. So I guess either 325 or 350 degrees. Oh, one more thing, from my experience, I find using a serrated knife is the best to slice.

Hi, thanks for the lovely recipe, I baked it twice and they turned up quite delicious, however as soon as I removed the cake from the oven it started to sink and did not look as nice as your cake looks in the video. I follow the recipe carefully and did not open the oven door before it fully cooked. What can be the reason?
