Ingredients
● 2 medium eggs
● Caster sugar 100 g.
● Brown sugar 35 g.
● Sunflower oil 110 g.
● Mashed Ripe Banana 200 g.
● 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
● 200 grams of all-purpose flour
● 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
● Baking powder 1 teaspoon
● Baking soda 1/2 tsp.
● 60 grams of plain milk.
** Don't forget to let the Batter rest for at least 30 minutes before pouring the batter into the mold
Bake at the top, bottom, medium tray 200° C. Time 17 minutes
(The baking time depends on the size of the mold used.)

Beautiful cake, I liked it, but I would add chocolate, banana slices or even apple slices too. It helps add moisture to the dough and it’s delicious. I make apple or banana cake.I add a piece of banana or apple to the cake batter, this helps to add moisture to the cake. Cinnamon also goes well with this type of cake. Whether banana or apple. Se ve riquísimo, puedo sustituir la harina de trigo por otra harina por ejemplo de avena, de arroz, etc.
