    I followed your recipe but reduce half of amount of sugar due to the sweetness of bananas. It comes out very nice 👍

    Made this cake this weekend. It was wonderful! I added some pudding mix and dried cranberries.
    It was wonderful and now the cake is history.

    Looks fantastic. Speaking of banana cake, I usually add a heaped tablespoon of Vanilla custard powder to the batter; it makes the cake much more fluffy.

      I usually mix 2 and a half cup of flour with 3/4 cup of Vanilla custard powder, tsp salt, half tsp baking powder, 2 tsp baking soda.
      I add them to 1 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup oil, 4 eggs, 3 cups mashed banana, 1 1/2 cup ground walnuts. (Mixing them very well)
      I divided the batter into 3 portions.

    I made this for my brother's birthday, this is so good ❤❤❤
    It is light and it melts in your mouth. I used the over ripe bananas for this recipe, and used cream cheese buttercream for this. Everything is so good... its better to do it at least a day before, so the flavor develops.

    I made this with the remaining bananas after making another of your banana cake recipe yesterday... This one feels more like a cake than the other one and is super easy and delicious as well! Mine looks a bit denser than yours but still tastes very nice!

    Made banana cake today using yr recipe, I used 2 types of bananas, one for a stronger banana smell ( Cavendish) n one for sweetness ( lady finger banana ) . Good recipe, cake was moist n soft....thank you for sharing

    Hi super baker Apron...just caught sight of this recipe..got down to baking it and wow!!..it was the most delicious banana cake out of all the other banana cake recipes I used to follow.     I made this again and added chocolate chips and small chunks of one banana. My family loves it. The top crust is crispy and the inside is soft and fluffy.

      Baked second time today, using 8” square pan, doubling up the recipe. Reduced sugar to 100g this time, added some choc chips and raisin, turned out excellent with perfect sweetness! Yum yum, thanks Apron!

    I just made this cake, added a bit of P comes to the dough; beside the fact that the house smells beautiful from the banana it looks great and in a little while I’ll cut it off taste it and let you know how it turned up... thanks for the great recipe as usual😘

      It is delicious my happy tummy says thank you so much 😍 It has the right amount of banana buttery taste, I love the added crunch of the pecans... I made one change, used brown sugar and less than a quarter cup and it has the perfect sweetness for me
      one thing though about the Butter, maybe I put more than i should as when I hold a piece on with my fingers it leaves butter on them, is that ok or maybe I did not measure the butter right
