I just did a hand-built 6" lift kit on the same setup as yours. I put them on the front of the springs you should be able to do that just remember to drill the center hole in whatever you build because that keeps it lined up and secure. when you take it loose the top plate will make a pattern. just copy it and make it 1" bigger. You may also have to lengthen the steering connection and the shock mounts.
@fix it now I am currently dealing with the same issue - did this idea work?

Hey any idea what would cause it to not go forward or Rev but after messing with switch and foot pedal it works fine again
How do you get top nuts on the front shocks ?
Thanks, appreciate your videos
Where you able to lift the front of the golf cart?
I have a 1998 ezgo txt with NON PD’s do they make a speed freedom plug or any suggestions.
I would try your idea first on the front end, I think replacing the front springs will give it a harsher ride, love Halloween 👍😁
So what did you do? Im in the same boat
HD springs in the front helped my situation. I’ll do a video soon.
Try coil over adjustable shocks......
Too much talking not enough action
