This is the longplay of the game Mega Man X3, also known as Rock Man X3 in Japan. It is an action and platform game initially released for the Super Nintendo and then for PC, Playstation and Sega Saturn. This is the Playstation 1 version, released in Japan and Europe.
It is the third game in the Mega Man X series. Mega Man X3 is set in a fictional future where the world is inhabited by intelligent humans and robots called "Reploids". Like their human creators, some Reploids engage in destructive crimes and are labeled "Mavericks". After twice defeating Sigma, the leader of the Mavericks, our heroes Mega Man X and Zero must fight a Reploid scientist named Dr. Doppler and his utopia of Mavericks followers.
In the game, we control Mega Man X, who also has the ability to copy the ability of defeated bosses, as well as the possibility to find blue capsules to receive armor upgrades and collect items such as hearts and sub-tanks to increase the hero's health, while the tanks are for storing energy to use in times of danger. In addition to the items mentioned above, there are purple capsules, which give power to a specific part of Mega Man X, in addition to Carriers, combat robots that can be controlled by X and that here have their own characteristics. The game also includes the possibility to play with Zero in some parts, but unfortunately it is not possible to face the bosses with Zero (only with X).
It's a good game, yes, it has great gameplay, good story and the style that consecrated the series.
This is the PS1 version, a good version, which has an anime opening, ending and cutscenes. Even on a 32-bit console, the soundtrack of this game was unfortunately worse than the SNES version (which has a wonderful soundtrack), in addition to having resolution variations in several parts, some unfortunately with low resolution, which could be better exploited, as the PS1 has more power than the SNES.
This video was recorded with a European undub version, which reversed the opening and ending to the Japanese version without hardsub subtitles, in addition to having 60hz, unlike the original European version that has only 50hz and is slower. Opening and ending subtitles (softsub) in english was included (thank you for this wonderful work BloodRaynare).
The video was made by getting all weapons (except Zero's Saber), golden armor, all upgrades and the best ending.
Hope you like it! - Ігри
my childhood hero, always until now... and best ending song, I'm glad to play this at PS1...
I love how Snes version sound design and soundtrack felt more like you're playing games,While ps1 sound design and soundtrack felt more like you were watching ('90s)anime version of it. I hope someone make mod to replace sound design in legacy collection with this one since I really adore it.
Oh man...that old Capcom Intro...still classic
33:35 - That's a funny cameo by Auto here in Volt Catfish's FMV intro for this version of the game. XD
So IT IS Auto
This version could be better as resolution, and save mode (instead use password we use memory card) and has animation scenes, but the SNES version is such superior in soundtrack, one of the greatest points of Megaman X is the soundtrack, if the PsX has the sound effects and soundtrack from SNES; this would be the ultimate version.
33:35 WTF?! Auto is ALIVE?!?
Very well observed!
Mega man x trilogy was my all time favorite along with Donkey kong country trilogy for the SNES since that's the system I had at the time lol but it brings back memories of trial and error because it was difficult
This version of Mega Man X3 is included in the Mega Man X Collection for PS2 and GameCube. Unfortunately, the original SNES version is included in Mega Man X Legacy Collection for Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. I’d like for the hacking community to work on a patch/mod that would replace the SNES version with the PSOne version.
Anime Cinematic in the PS1 version of Mega Man X3.
The best Rock Man Anime cutscences!
Dat perfect clip in my childhood...ty for upload❤
Sem dúvidas, a melhor franquia de jogos da capcom....
👍🏻✌🏻👌🏻😌😌😌
Nice game and video, xRavenXP. I love Mega Man X. 🤩🤩🤩

Golden mega man!!!
Memories 🥺, thank you ❤️.
I ever play this game since i was 10 years old.
How come there is a Dr Light upgrade capsule in the newly found enemy's secret lab
The PS1 music and sound effects are so much better than the SNES version!
For sure my friend, looking at a quality 16Bts cartridge from the 90's with CD is another level. 😉
Indeed, can't believe people say it's the other way around. So much so that X3 in the Mega Man X Legacy Collection was based on the SNES version and not this one. Ick.
@@DesertRainReads Both are great!
The zero theme of entrance in super nes is much better
No shit Sherlock... 16 bit system cartridge vs 32 bits cd
Perfect timing at 1:45:21.
You can put the game CD into a regular CD player and play the soundtrack.
⭐️
i never knew this game, my brother plays x4 5 6 after school and it was fun watching him play
best days
Nice gameplay and thank u did u super mario advance 4 in win 10
Sigma is very cruel and makes me scare.
The maverick intros are cool. Snes version doesn't have them.
Zeros theme is good music
Top
Good game.
I didn't know this game came out on PSX usually MMX 3 came out on SNES console
I was jealous my next door neighbor had this and nvr would borrow or trade! Damn selfish friends!!!
I really like the sound effects but I prefer the music of the snes x3 over the ps1 x3. It doesn't sound as serious as the snes soundtrack. The sense of urgency just isn't there.
Mega Man X3 is the best version.
❤
all megamans are awesome! i bought all legacy collections XD waiting legacy battle network/starforce
Didn't know x3 was on PS1 !! How'd did I overlook that
Same here
Yo igual
Only released in PAL and Japan due to SCEA’s policy against 2D games.
I just got the legacy collection and got disappointed that it doesn't have this X3 version instead got the crappy SNES one, so I come here to satisfy with the damn epic intro at least 😂
So interesting that Vajurila and Mandarela are called Bit and Byte in English ver.,
I see and feel how u feel the zero part at begin
Meu favorito; mesmo me dando 'dores de cabeça' ❗😌
What version is better this of PS1 or the SNES
I prefer the SNES version.
Grrat uploade
Thank you very much.
you forgot to take the beam saber that zero gives you to help. do you know how to get it?
Beat vile with his weakness then keep zero alive then Doppler stage 2 before the FIRST boss gate switch to zero then beat the mini boss this will process in zero getting damaged the he give it
Itz different frm supa Nintendo an good job raven😺
Thanks!
so strange to hear the PS1 Music instead of the SNES
I was pumped to play this but the music is awful, I'll stick with the Snes version. What was Capcom thinking 😵
Hey Jose, the SNES version was called Mega Man X3.... Totally different game 😉
@@nzanespontane2670 Yes I know I own a copy 😉
Both BGMs, the original and the remixed versions were great! You are BLINDED by nostalgia.
Hey xRavenXP, I want to do a request a favor for me. I'm looking forward to reuploading a longplay of SNES games of Mega Man X, Mega Man X2, and Mega Man X3, and the PS1 games of Mega Man X4, Mega Man X5, and Mega Man X6, please, xRavenXP. 🤩🤩🤩
Compas
Hey xRavenXP, How do I download this Mega Man X3 PS1 rom and how did you get that rom whatever that english translation? 🤩🤩🤩
I cannot pass on links or sites for downloads here on UA-cam, as this is totally against the rules of the platform. Unfortunately you will have to look for it yourself.
@@xRavenXP Oh.
Mega Man X3 Boss Order (my opinion)
Blast Hornet
Gravity Beetle
Crush Crawfish
Neon Tiger
Blizzard Buffalo
Tunnel Rhino
Volt Catfish
Toxic Seahorse
2:07:05 Did you change the clips? Because X have the harper armour.
The endings of Mega Man X3 in the PS1 and Saturn versions unfortunately have this continuity error, in addition to this scene having low resolution.
@@xRavenXP Wow, thats why i never see X without the golden armour in the ending from ps1 in anothers videos.
The Best Ending is Doppler ending!!
Do MegaMan Xtreme 2
Gosto das animações dos chefes
I like it better than the other one
I agree with what the description of the video says, the AST- Arrange Sound Track is horrible, that's why I created an ISO with the SNES OST, only I did it with the Japanese version since as the description also says it is the only one that originally runs at 60Hz. and regarding the resolution I have noticed that in the level of Blizzard Bufalo when the snow begins to fall at the end the performance drops a couple of frames, if you destroy the machine that generates the blizzard the performance returns to 60FPS, if you use an emulator overclock and set it to 150% performance is not affected.
Thanks for sharing knowledge with us.
Can you try that again; this time, the TRUE ending route?
What’s the TRUE ending? I thought there were two, and either one was valid.
@@Kemix0711 I believe both endings are canon. But I think he meant the one Doppler sacrifices himself.
@@KyuJuEX099 That's what I said.
Mega Man X Series ตอน 11 14 ม.ค. 67 1/2 FULL HD
The only thing that I wont forgive is that they dont put voiced boss intro like X5, X6, X7 and X8
Seriously? This game was originally for the SNES. The Playstation and Saturn ports play like the SNES game, except that they put extra video sequences into the game and changed the music to be more cinematic. I'm happy with that.
I don’t understand why The PS1 Version not include in The Mega Man X Collection 1 on PS4
Indeed, while it was included in the PS2 X collection. People demanded the SNES version saying it had the superior soundtrack. I call BS on that one, this soundtrack was better overall, more atmospheric and befitting of the game. Blizzard Buffalo's stage in particular, night and day comparison. The PSOne arrangement is very pleasant to listen to, the SNES version sounds awful in comparison.
@DesertRainReads Definitely. People just hate psx osts because they let nostalgia cloud their judgements. I mean I am a guy who played both snes and psx ports and the latter soundtracks are catchy AF.

The snes is version is way better the only plus on the PlayStation version is the cinematic openings!
Gonna say, the soundtrack was better on the PSOne/Saturn version, as it was more atmospheric, especially Blizzard Buffalo's theme which fit his level perfectly.
this video are recorded from ps1 version, so they are same soundtracks
Play Tekken 1 PS1 and Arcade.
Telehit
Fake is Fake...
what
The remix is a let down...
Am I the only one who thinks the music got worse with the port to Playstation?
No. You are not the only one! I also share the same opinion that the music in Mega Man X3 on PS1 is terrible (only the opening and ending songs sung in Japanese are saved in this game).
worst OST , SNES OST > PS1 OST
Didn't know x3 was on PS1 !! How'd did I overlook that
