Now that’s a *Yummmmmmmm* recipe. Will try it out once I get back to B’luru next month. Probably can improve the protein content by using 2% ie the blue sachet milk of KMF and using a little less butter.

It is basically Fruit Salt - You can use 15:0 Baking Soda + 1 tsp Citric Acid instead also. Basically 50:50 of Citric acid & Baking soda
It's a fruit salt for acidity ...most pharmacies have it

You can try in small amounts if you are unsure, that is what I do 😊

Hello ! Yes, salt can be increased slightly. Not too much. Lemon can be used. Not a problem. Maybe you’ll need s bit more.

If you not know about ENO. You take 1 teaspon citric acid & 1 tspon beaking soda disove in 1 tablspon of Water & pour the mixture into the mixi jar
