    This is such a perfect recipe…. The cheese 🧀 tuned out perfecto… don’t think I’m ever gonna buy cheese again… it was lovely soft cheese.. thank you for the recipe . It’s simply AWESOME. I’ll have to practice more to master it to cut perfect cubes… was a bit soft for cutting. 😋 my kido loved it.

      It is basically Fruit Salt - You can use 15:0 Baking Soda + 1 tsp Citric Acid instead also. Basically 50:50 of Citric acid & Baking soda

    1. If we use ghee instead of butter then should be add more salt?
    2. Can lemon or alum be used instead of vinegar? (Same quantity?)
    3. If yes, would the step of rinsing with water be same?

      If you not know about ENO. You take 1 teaspon citric acid & 1 tspon beaking soda disove in 1 tablspon of Water & pour the mixture into the mixi jar

      It is regular salted Amul Butter. Basic white vinegar is perfect.

    Now that’s a *Yummmmmmmm* recipe. Will try it out once I get back to B’luru next month. Probably can improve the protein content by using 2% ie the blue sachet milk of KMF and using a little less butter.
