hello Salimah, I've been doing this practise everyday for the past 30 days and it is honestly changing me from the inside out. I had no idea how tense and anxious and miserable I was until this yoga has began to transform me. I now do it every morning before doing anything else and it just sets the tone for my day and mentally prepares me so no matter what I can face the day head on. I haven;t felt that way in years. I will continue until I complete 40 days and possibly continue to go for longer because honestly this is the best natural medicine I have ever used to completely transform myself, become happier, more clear headed and hopeful again. I've even given up some substances I used to cope with my life and find them stressful to use. I have been through a lot these past few years and it's like I'm reconnecting back to my happy self and seeing everything in colour again. I forgot this part of me even existed because we've been out of touch for such a long time. My favorite video I've found so far Had back pain from work, and doing it everyday has helped readjust my back. For my lower back I will often extend butterfly, lifeline and add downward dog before the kriya. It's amazing. I look forward to this video everyday. You are a great teacher, thanks again.
Day 4. My intention is to Identify the distortions in my body and my mind and name them as they arise. This is not to condemn them but to acknowledge them in truth so that I can release my grip… because internalization causes codependency while identification leads to freedom. Today I recognize that fear has been controlling me my whole entire life! It’s a miracle that I’m still alive, and not in much worse condition. So I am grateful for that and I have renewed hope for the deep healing that is happening inside of me.
I did this kundalini video back when I was 22 and it unlocked a beautiful path of joy and ecstasy, I started back about 5 monthes ago and have been happy ever since!
So I’m a beginner and I’ve been having some troubles with my back for the past two months and this yoga practice has helped. I almost teared up during the practice because of the pent up energy, I’m guessing it’s stored trauma and this was a great way to release it. I’m looking forward to continuing this practice

Okay, so ten years ago I broke my leg (spiral fracture of the left femur) I was never flexible anyway. But it got trickier with three titanium attachments in your thigh (one is connected to my hip, also.) However, I have done this session six times over the last ten days, and now I can already sit cross legged with a straight back pretty comfortably. Incredible. Thank you so much for these.

Ahhhh! This is was first introduction to kundalini yoga! Lovely! During my regular meditative practice I began envisioning a large snake winding up a huge tree, round and round. The head of the snake coming from the left back side of the around the front to the right side then behind the tree and back out the left side and upward and around this tree that seems to go in for infinity. I had no idea about kundalini energy but I knew the snake was symbolizing something deep so I started researching it and decided it must be my kundalini rising because I have also been getting powerful pumses of energy up and down my spine with my practices of envisioning white healing light coming thru the top of my head and out my root Chakra into the ground. I feel so wonderful after this session. I will be back for more! Thank you so much!!!

Ive been holding off my kundalini awakening out of fear. Ive been in chronic back pain for about a month! I knew it was my sign to begin my awakening because the pain is coiled around my entire right side from the sole of my foot to my temple! I chose this video for the back pain and nervous system. The 11 moves showed me exactly where my energy is locked up! I feel so much relief and awareness! Im no longer afraid of this awakening. It has to happen if I want relief! Namaste

This was my 1st day doing this practice & it was very hard but I loved every second. I was basically crying the whole practice I guess a bunch of releasing going on. I will continue this for 40 days & update - I gave scoliosis & im doing this to correct my spine. Thank you for this practice!
This practice is excellent for scoliosis. Good that you found it. 40 days will make a difference. Remember to listen p your body and use the wall or a chair for support on days when you need it. Do it in your mind or listen along for days when you can’t do it for whatever reason. Keep us posted pls.

That experience was incredible. I just got exposed to this type of yoga less than an hour ago. After doing this my thoughts feel the clearest than they have in a long time. That's saying a lot considering I have A.D.D. and its a rare moment when there isn't at least 20-30 thoughts running through my head each moment. This was the first Kundalini Yoga video I watched and it certainly won't be the last. Thank you for posting this.
I have the thoughts problem too because of OCD and doing this helped so much. My thoughts immediately started to settle and focus on the movement & breathe and how I was feeling mentally (which was happy and relaxed!) instead of thoughts of things I can't change or am scared of happening but haven't happened yet etc etc. This was perfect and just what I needed.
This is my favorite Kundalini video to do. I find that the first 15 minutes are great to do on their own for a quick spine tune up if /really/ pressed for time. This is the yoga class I play the most often on UA-cam. It's great.
Day 3 of 40. Identify. My intention is to identify and name the distortions in my body mind and soul as they arise in my actions and interactions, without any elaboration whatsoever. Don’t explain the pain, but instead , recognize that it reflects the condition of my own heart and nothing else.

Hey, I did this kriya for the third time today (i did others before) And today I was so sad and started crying during the practice, because my intimate parts started hurting and my knee also started hurting. I felt emotional and really sad. It was better after the kriya..but I still wonder, what the pain wants to tell me✨ And a big thank you for your work! I feel so safe on your chanel❤

hi I'm a first year highschool wrestler, making it hard to keep up with kids who were introduced at a 4-7 years old, I met a pro trainer who suggested yoga this is the first class i tried, I have big problem with sleeping and can go days without being able to sleep i haven't told my parents because I didn't want them to worry, back story I used to rely heavily on caffeine to stay awake and pot to go to sleep, but after this I've been up for 2 days and started using this class I feel like I slept hours the first time I tried it and slept amazing tonight my daily workout schedule want torturous so thank you I will be using this every morning and maybe night if it works both ways thank you so much

Mixing Kundalini yoga with marijuana could totally wreck your nervous system. YB strongly advises against this. Keep the practice clean and you will reap more rewards. Sat Nam
J Kerr Who told you that? I don't know where you're getting that from at all but for anyone else looking at this, I see no problem with using marijuana, especially if you're eating it and doing yoga. You might not get as much oxygen in your system if you're smoking, but it won't mess up your nervous system, this is nonsense. I don't think anyone is capable of doing yoga whilst simultaneously using marijuana; Rather it is complimentary if used before or after yoga. Its relaxing!
Hey Tom, Well, I guess you could say I learned from personal experience the detrimental effects. Also, if you read any book on Kundalini Yoga, it will state it clearly.. Yogi Bhajan teaches it. From Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa's book Kundalini Yoga, The Flow of Eternal Power - "Recreational drugs: is an oxymoron. Drugs neither create nor re-create. They destroy. Marijuana - Not even marijuana is "safe." Marijuana attacks the nerve centers in the spine. Therefore, the entire nervous system, all 73,000 nerves in the body, are damaged. Another major effect of marijuana is damage to the memory function. The two hemisphers of the brain expand and contract depending upon the activity of the nostrils. What happens when a person smokes "pot" is that whichever nostril is "open" expands the corresponding hemisphere of the brain (the nadis, or energy channels). This creates the euphoric experience and the distortion of space perception and vision, "spaciness." The problem is that whenever the brain is affected by drugs, its usual control factor of the expansion and contraction is destroyed. From then onward, whether the person is smoking pot or not, that hemisphere can expand any time, any place. People get spaces out.. Marijuana stimulates the brain cells and it constricts the spinal fluid.." ((thus constricting the natural flow of Kundalini energy)).. Just trying to be helpful for REAL spiritual growth. Sat Nam
I find it much easier to loose myself when i practice high, it also adds a certain element of bliss. Do what feels best and is right for you. Careful on the fast breathing techniques though, especially if your on edibles, I've nearly passed out before. I know a lot of people who started out using marijuana to lubricate their practice. The natural inclination will be to transition to a sober mind in due course anyway, so enjoy it while you don't feel it's impeding your progress.

I did this last night. I have an extremely sensitive nervous system and as a result of that and bad breathing, I’m SO crunched up and in pain, not moving properly etc…this I can tell, after one session is going to be life changing. (This and some deep humming). Thank you so much for sharing this!!

My meditation journey began just this past year. Yesterday I was guided here. 1st day I felt ready to incorporate the other component. My intention was to release the divine feminine within. Thanks! I started off my birthday today doing this video. I don't live anywhere close to a place I can practice Kindalini and I woke up thinking maybe I could find a video on You Tube. This was perfect because I could follow along, helped my stiff back, and the teacher was great, not making it about her but about the practice with no ego.

Ive been holding off my kundalini awakening out of fear. Ive been in chronic back pain for about a month! I knew it was my sign to begin my awakening because the pain is coiled around my entire right side from the sole of my foot to my temple! I chose this video for the back pain and nervous system. The 11 moves showed me exactly where my energy is locked up! I feel so much relief and awareness! Im no longer afraid of this awakening. It has to happen if I want relief! Namaste
That’s great. The awakening is a process of stepping into your conscious. It’s more scarey to stay asleep.
Its only been a week of me practicing and pain is 80% gone! Im going to commit to yoga! Thats my promise to myself! Thank you for this healing! Namaste

This was my 1st day doing this practice & it was very hard but I loved every second. I was basically crying the whole practice I guess a bunch of releasing going on. I will continue this for 40 days & update - I gave scoliosis & im doing this to correct my spine. Thank you for this practice!
This practice is excellent for scoliosis. Good that you found it. 40 days will make a difference. Remember to listen p your body and use the wall or a chair for support on days when you need it. Do it in your mind or listen along for days when you can’t do it for whatever reason. Keep us posted pls.

That experience was incredible. I just got exposed to this type of yoga less than an hour ago.
After doing this my thoughts feel the clearest than they have in a long time. That's saying a lot considering I have A.D.D. and its a rare moment when there isn't at least 20-30 thoughts running through my head each moment.
This was the first Kundalini Yoga video I watched and it certainly won't be the last.

I have the thoughts problem too because of OCD and doing this helped so much. My thoughts immediately started to settle and focus on the movement & breathe and how I was feeling mentally (which was happy and relaxed!) instead of thoughts of things I can't change or am scared of happening but haven't happened yet etc etc. This was perfect and just what I needed.

This is my favorite Kundalini video to do. I find that the first 15 minutes are great to do on their own for a quick spine tune up if /really/ pressed for time. This is the yoga class I play the most often on UA-cam. It's great.
Day 3 of 40. Identify. My intention is to identify and name the distortions in my body mind and soul as they arise in my actions and interactions, without any elaboration whatsoever. Don’t explain the pain, but instead , recognize that it reflects the condition of my own heart and nothing else.

Hey, I did this kriya for the third time today (i did others before)
And today I was so sad and started crying during the practice, because my intimate parts started hurting and my knee also started hurting.
I felt emotional and really sad.
It was better after the kriya..but I still wonder, what the pain wants to tell me✨

hi I'm a first year highschool wrestler, making it hard to keep up with kids who were introduced at a 4-7 years old, I met a pro trainer who suggested yoga this is the first class i tried, I have big problem with sleeping and can go days without being able to sleep i haven't told my parents because I didn't want them to worry, back story I used to rely heavily on caffeine to stay awake and pot to go to sleep, but after this I've been up for 2 days and started using this class I feel like I slept hours the first time I tried it and slept amazing tonight my daily workout schedule want torturous so thank you I will be using this every morning and maybe night if it works both ways thank you so much

Mixing Kundalini yoga with marijuana could totally wreck your nervous system. YB strongly advises against this. Keep the practice clean and you will reap more rewards. Sat Nam
J Kerr Who told you that? I don't know where you're getting that from at all but for anyone else looking at this, I see no problem with using marijuana, especially if you're eating it and doing yoga. You might not get as much oxygen in your system if you're smoking, but it won't mess up your nervous system, this is nonsense. I don't think anyone is capable of doing yoga whilst simultaneously using marijuana; Rather it is complimentary if used before or after yoga. Its relaxing!

Well, I guess you could say I learned from personal experience the detrimental effects. Also, if you read any book on Kundalini Yoga, it will state it clearly.. Yogi Bhajan teaches it. From Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa's book Kundalini Yoga, The Flow of Eternal Power - "Recreational drugs: is an oxymoron. Drugs neither create nor re-create. They destroy.
Marijuana -
Not even marijuana is "safe." Marijuana attacks the nerve centers in the spine. Therefore, the entire nervous system, all 73,000 nerves in the body, are damaged. Another major effect of marijuana is damage to the memory function.
The two hemisphers of the brain expand and contract depending upon the activity of the nostrils. What happens when a person smokes "pot" is that whichever nostril is "open" expands the corresponding hemisphere of the brain (the nadis, or energy channels). This creates the euphoric experience and the distortion of space perception and vision, "spaciness." The problem is that whenever the brain is affected by drugs, its usual control factor of the expansion and contraction is destroyed. From then onward, whether the person is smoking pot or not, that hemisphere can expand any time, any place. People get spaces out.. Marijuana stimulates the brain cells and it constricts the spinal fluid.." ((thus constricting the natural flow of Kundalini energy))..

I find it much easier to loose myself when i practice high, it also adds a certain element of bliss. Do what feels best and is right for you. Careful on the fast breathing techniques though, especially if your on edibles, I've nearly passed out before. I know a lot of people who started out using marijuana to lubricate their practice. The natural inclination will be to transition to a sober mind in due course anyway, so enjoy it while you don't feel it's impeding your progress.
