Some parts of the campaign are raids cut from MW2, and the other missions are DLC cut from MW2. But that's the only mode I hope.

My favorite 12 hour cinematic cutscene was when Ramirez said "Using a previously established reputable titles is a good marketing tactic" and then Sarge Foley said "Raimirez, take your meds and defend that Burger Town" 🥶

15 hours? maybe 5 or less hours
15 hours? For a game made in less than a year? I guarantee you it's the shortest out of the two. They kept making it shorter. MW1 was a solid 6 hours or so. MW2 was 4 and half hours. This one will probably be around 3 to 4 hours. They will likely use this as a money bag for MW4, or Ghosts reboot.
Or neither, and this is just a rip off for cash.
Since they teased Makarov, this mission is definetly first mission in the game and you are playing either as Shadow Company who was send to get Makarov out of that Gulag or you are playing as someone who is allied to him.

Reckon we will rescue price again.
Mission name would put it rescuing Price. Price's gulag number was 627 originally and with team names being said here we are likely breaking in to rescue Price. This is my assumption of course we could very well be trying to rescue Makarov and its being twisted to make the viewer think we are playing as the Taskforce
Let’s say it’s after mw2 and the “No Russian” plane attack already happened. Bravo team goes into the gulag to break out a guy who can help them find Makarov, the one guy who hates Makarov just as much as Price, Yuri
My one gripe with the MW2 campaign was that all the cool cinematic stuff was happening in cutscenes rather then while you’re in first person which is one of CODs staples, Makes things much more immersive while it just felt like watching a movie in MW2 hope they fix that for this one
MW2 was really good on the graphics and cinematics side, but I 100 percent agree. Shadow betrayal, moving to Alejandro's safe house, those could have all been part of the end of their prior missions.
These new MW campaigns are so full of fan service and look great. That being said I simply will not pay £70 for a 12 hour campaign.

@@shezanjimenezand that’s if you take your time and do it on Veteran. You’re most realistically gonna get 4-5 hours out of it. Save your money, watch the gameplay for the story cutscenes on YT like we are right now

The AI teammate movement/animation is very reminiscent of the ones in MW2019. The movement looks realistic/ human and they feel like they have presence… the AI teammates in MW2022 especially the marines the first mission of that game felt a little off and downgraded IMO… like they had stiff animation and less of a “presence” of an actual person they gave off in the game before. Maybe it’s just me but that was one thing I feel like I noticed here, very nice improvement over last year. Very hyped for this campaign, always love narrative stuff like this
I believe the AI shown here are the “same” as the AI in MWII, because they were both developed on the IW9 engine
Anything you see here is the same as mw2. It’s the same game
The scripting definitely seems better, at least on this mission, MW2 certainly had a few situations where the AI scripting felt off, specially compared to it’s predecessor.
I will am looking for to the future of Ai teammates and Npc in video games.
@@retrovariable3477 Yeah, sadly graphics and sound engines saw huge evolutions in the last 3 generations but AI seems to have been left behind a bit in most games

I really hope they get back to the gritty vibe from MW2019. MW2022 felt cheesy and it seems they tried to go a different route with the campaign. It looks like they went back to the roots of MW2019. Super excited about the campaign.
I like the dark and gritty campaigns for any game or even just the look of dark and gritty in multiplayer. Just like some artwork that ea did for battlefield 2042 looked dark and gritty but the map didn’t look like it when you played it

New MW3: opens with a gulag mission ripped from mw2 with warzone assests…..
While I do miss the Michael bay style of cod, this new stuff is cool story and gameplay wise, I agree they could have made a new location to store 627 instead of a gulag again but I still think it’s neat

This mission feels like one of those movies where at the beginning an elite squad rescue the main villain of the movie
COD Campaigns are back baby! This and the previous 2 Modern Warfare games show people still do really love a great story driven single player campaign and aren't just all about multiplayer and or battle royal.

I think this should be the actual game, and multiplayer as a dlc, that’ll be really good.
MW3 is still technically DLC, MW3 isnt a app but a file thats downloaded to MW2 application as a add on. So that makes the game size around 300GB
They should’ve made it a various ending campaign tbh like different actions for different outcomes

Fax the armour enemies ruined Mw2 it takes the feeling of your enemies being smart and cunning but killable goes down to dumb brutes with AKs.

So far I’ve counted 11 missions in this campaign from all these trailers, but obviously there’ll be a couple more that they probably aren’t going to show.
Expect to see new missions in the campaign early access trailers and story trailer too

Love it ... but there is a problem in their plan. 1:10 "phase one complete". 3:50 "Good to go on phase two".
Dialogue structure is probably different in the actual game. Trailer audio is edited in post, same with the Dark Water reveal.

They’re trying to show extreme detail with slow gameplay to get a good look at everything it’s on recruit that’s why the bots aren’t as competent.

All the fun gameplay elements are either in the cinematic or scripted
It's just crazy how 10 years ago missions like Cliffhanger and Gulag had so much more personality, player freedom and expression than these missions with triple the budget. Graphics aren't getting much better than this but gameplay still has so far to go.
that was mw2 (OGmw2) designed by dan fukuda - same designer as titanfall 2. hes more talented that all of the current cod devs
You know something this is beyond different from the OG MW saga, remember from MW2 (2009) they first go to an oil rig to rescue the hostages after they were done with that they started to enter the Gulag using choppers and now this one they started to enter the Gulag using the submarine and the grapple zip line from the roof of the Gulag
I have really high hopes for this game, I think that COD is finally listening to the fanbase adding a lot of highly requested features, reusing past, good maps, and bringing all the money you spent on a previous Cod to the next. I really respect most, if not all, of the choices that were made for this game and I think it is going to be so freaking 🔥🔥🔥

I said the word "think" for a reason, it's just my opinion on what I have heard. If I said all of this about the campaign everyone would've been chill with it, but the second I talk about anything else I always get dissed. I'm trying to see the light in the darkness with this game because I love this franchise, no matter what it gets marketed as, some people just won't be pleased and you know what, that's fine.

I can understand buying a season pass for something like Fortnight or Overwatch since those games are supported for literal years but imagine buying any DLC or pass for a game that has the life span of 11-13 months.
I do like how they did this with sledge making mw3 like they did in 2011. But this looks like a reskin with no new game engine changes

Guy wasted a clip on each person, threw 3 smokes and frames are dropping HARD. Off to a bad start MW3
Good animations, good cutscenes but some waterfall shaders look like they are not belong to the scene and i saw several fps drops.
They seriously need to stop letting toddlers play these reveal events, dude finished his ammo within 30 seconds of the mission
At 3:01 one of the guys take someone down in the doorway but that not in the full release tho also right after them throwing that beacon is also removed instead they just parachute over you right away /:

The MWII campaign was probably the only redeeming thing about MWII. This does look pretty good, though.

Magically regenerating ammo and the aim of a fish but otherwise great looking game. I can't say I'll buy it but I'll give it a look.
Everything around is wet only the gun somehow miraculously avoids raindrops

I can see a little bit of lag. Definitely might need a rtx 4080 to pump out some decent FPS
For all we know there could already be a PS6 and new XBox in development, and they're using the newer games for stress tests. Like MW3 being released in like the middle ground of MW2 graphics and the newer ones. Looks like they'll make make MW3 and other future CoD titles to run better on future next gen consoles and the 40 or future 50 series.
The PS5 and Xbox Series isn't aging hardware like that, it's been less than 3 years. What's holding the game back, as far as graphical features etc, is the fact the game is going to be on actually aging hardware. PS4 and Xbox One which came out, soon to be, 10 years ago.

Nothing in the looked innovated and most of the actions were nonsensical and the entire mission seems line 100% repurposed assets from Warzone.

Very Impressive..COD always famous for its own amazing cinematic cut scenes & game play features with typical COD style stealth insertion then turned into full gun blazing styles 😊 and during the campaign some knife take down scenes are must.. specially Captain Price is famous for this role 👍 looking forward 👍
