The glasses look like the same ones the T1 T-800 wore in the police station assault when looking for Sarah Connor and murdering a bunch of cops with those weapons he carried. The shirt looks grey or blueish grey similar to the one that the T1 T-800 wore in that police station assault. The jacket looks to be either..T1 or T2 design. Since most or not all leather jackets that are biker have the belts but the extra flaps underneath. The belt he's wearing is brown. Which in T2 he was wearing a brown belt if I remember. T1 I do not remember correctly if he was wearing a belt with those tan jeans. The boots are supposedly the same ones as the T2 T-800 Since where the hell are you gonna find cowboy looking boots with metal on them? The hair I cannot tell if he has long hair or short hair. It looks prospectively the same look when T1 T-800 first arrived and he was in his tech noir uniform before getting his eyebrows burned off and his hair changing too from that fire outside of tech noir when getting chased in that alleyway and escaping him. He doesn't look to have a mullet flat top haircut similarly connected to the other ones. This T-800 kept his human hair intact. That's freaking awesome. 😎🤘👍👍👏👏

Lord Paulus Cobris agree, but still tho i just love the way that they showed us one of the biggest issues nowadays, phones. we use phones everywhere, even when we are hanging out with friends or going to dates, like just this new technology wave is so sudden. obviously this movie was dumb as fuck and it just didn’t make sense, like this new movie dark fate, killing John Connor,i just can’t with hollywood and their producer dumb ideas, but back to genisys, i liked those effects,CGI, T-1000😂❤️ and a little bit T-3000 and car chase, but yeah, this movie just didn’t make any sense😂
Linda Hamilton got fit, lean and ripped to prepare for her battle against the machines. This girl looks like she just came back from shopping, no serious dedication to the role.
Lord Paulus Cobris, I agree with you (forgive my poor english), I think that the fact this Sarah Connor was rised by a T-800 totaly redefines the caracter without betraying it. One of my favorite scene of the movie is when Pops shot T-300/John Connor for the first time and Sarah points a gun at him. Her look and face needs nothing more to expose the character feelings. I think that the body of Jai Courtney is even less suitable to represent Kyle Reese. In the first movie, I like the fact that Michael Biehn was skinny, it suits better with a starving man that grown up in an apocalyptic world. But I agree, for a Sarah Connor that had ten years to prepare, it's a bit disappointing. The first part of the movies is very exciting; two T-800 and one T-1000, the intro scene of the war humans vs machines. It mades the following disappointment even bigger. For me the worst part of the movie is the fact that it kills John Connor two time: first as a T3000, and then with the time travel that will prevent him to become the providential man we all know.
The problem is that nothing can go back past 1984. The time machine isn't like the Delorian where you key in a date & back you go. This equipment works on drawing energy. The more energy, the further back you go. Skynet wasn't aiming for 1984. It was trying to send a T800 back as far as it could before Connor defeated it. It then had to wait for recalibration before sending back the T1000, only it had less time to draw the same amount of energy. Less energy means less time. Hence why T1000 arrives in 1994 and not in 1984 alongside it's T800 counterpart.
Genesis, dark fate? The franchise ended at T2 until they make a future war movie like the fans have been fucking asking for 30 years the franchise will always end at T2.
Game of Thrones paid her to. Would you agree to work for free just because you've had another job? Then there is the movie rating to consider. Just grab a still from Google images if youre so desperate
Her: "If he wanted me dead, I'd be dead. He literally protected me since I was a child." Him: "That's what they do, they get close, they infiltrate..." Her: "BITCH DO I STUTTER??"
Finally, Skynet realized that it was necessary to extinguish little Sarah, but although he swelled again, he could send rev 9 so that there was no chance
I love this movie! Best Terminator film since Judgment Day. Emilia Clarke was awesome as Sarah Connor. Whoever cast the unknown child actress as young Sarah Connor is a genius. Willa Taylor really looks as if she could be a young Linda Hamilton. Brilliant casting.
*I believe this movie deserved a second chance, especially since the fans who crushed it are the same that lead the franchise to CANCEL the Dark Fate and Salvation sequels..*
Linda Hamilton actually fits the role of Sarah, she looks tough as nails in the second movie. Like she could kick my ass with ease. Emilia clarke’s Sarah feels like she’s gonna ask me to follow her pottery instagram.
gets teleported, appears in the middle of the highway naked, head on collision with a car and two naked bodies roll around like tumble weed on the street. lol
That shot with the OG Terminator holding Sarah blew my mind a bit when this trailer dropped... I was really looking forward to seeing what this reprogrammed T-800 could do.
I know that fuck up part of genisy why have sarah tell Kyle how pop saved her as 9 year old kid plus who sent terminator kill her and who send pop to protect her in 1977 .that made no sense plus it ruin t1 I think t1 should been about attack on sarah in 1977 .have Sarah met Kyle 1984 judgement day . it also ruinrest terminator movie because Sarah had so many chance tell John the truth about everything which how it all started out back in 1977.
0:58 Uh... they got hit by a car travelling at what looks like a pretty high speed. The guy isn't a terminator. Why is he acting like he can just shrug it off like NBD? I remember watching this movie years ago. And while I remember being left with a feeling of disappointment, I don't remember something THAT ridiculous.
Instead of making a copy paste of the entire TErminator saga, they should have just focus in Pops raising SArah during all her childhood, like a father and daughter story
So he gets hit by a car and has nothing, he bends a piece of rebar on a T800's face, the T800 punches through concrete and hits reese so hard it throws him into a wall but he still fine. I understand he has plot armor but this is ridiculous
IIRC Kyle Reese in the second film was supposed to have been revealed as Skynet's ace in the hole - makes sense that he might've been the "first" T-5000 before the events of Genysis but had his programming muted by his regular personality... either intentionally or sabotaged
A fast moving car hits Kyle on a Highway and not even a single scratch appears on his back. Wow Is he human or machine. After all he has living tissues.
*I bet if Genisys did not recieve much hate, we would see more of Pops and young Sarah in the cancelled TV series.. But alas, fans just want to criticize so we won't get the Salvation sequels and the Dark Fate sequels...*
I only see genesis and dark fate as alternate time lines not actual events that have happened but different ones that coulda been. T1, T2, T3, and salvation are the one true time line because at least they follow a continuation of events.
This is actually a good example of "show, don't tell" storytelling, but I feel like the dumbing down of film and TV in the last decade or so has made it so that folks in recent years can't figure things out if they don't have their hand held and everything spelled out for them. All things considered, the T-1000 had most likely gotten to Sarah's mother and was waiting for her and her father to come back. This is why we see the T-800 with a recently fired rocket launcher in the flashback. And it isn't like this tactic is unprecedented in this franchise. We've seen the T-800 in the original film imitate her mother's voice, the T-1000 in T2 transform into both John's foster mother and Sarah, and the T-1000 earlier in T5 turn into Kyle. Overall, a very simple flow of events: Sarah and her dad go fishing. Sarah's mother is killed and replaced by the T-1000. The T-800 somehow gets wind of this and blows up the cabin before they can get too close. Sarah's dad is killed by the T-1000 when it turns to liquid and attempts to sink the boat. But no. Critical thinking is dead and we now have people that can't look past the surface level of film scenes. As far as never finding out, keep in mind that this film was intended to be the start of a new trilogy. However, the film technically bombed at the box office. While it earned $440M against a $155M budget, people always forget that the advertising budget is never included in the production budget, and they always forget that the box office number is never the same thing as what the film actually grossed since the various theaters showing the film need to get their cut as well. Realistically, the film needed an estimated $450M just to break even. Even if the film ever so slightly passed that number, it wouldn't have been a great return on investment. Overall? I do think people are looking back at this with the benefit of hindsight and realizing that if we ignore the post credits scene that was intended to set up the sequels, then this film actually isn't bad despite the flaws and that it forms a decent ending to the series as a whole. Instead, we wound up with Woke Fate and watched that hammer the final nails into the coffin of the series.
4:22 i never understood what kyle is saying here, never have i heard about a terminator doing what he says, like Pops is a T-800 ive never heard of them doing this unless its another model. T-1000 i can see that, maybe marcus from salvation but when do they try to "gain trust to infiltrate"
I would be fine if they started a new timeline where a model 101 was sent to protect young Sarah Conner the whole movie. Not this crap. And you can't deny that this shot looks badass 3:49
T1 that what t1 should have been about from start James camron could have made movie about Sarah threw her childhood were someone in military technology who called himself skynet send terminator kill Sarah and we see for what reason it was not that she going be mother of leader of human fight back her son John Connor.it had be something bigger deeper did sarah piss someone off or did she do something like she found out top notch information that goverment was trying hide inside military base did not want world know about it it put target on her back .they til tell story how Sarah fought machine growing up threw years until she met Kyle in 1984 got more help but for some reason Sarah withheld that part about her already knowing about skynet plans .
Only reason they did this scene was get in that like weird token half nude scene that everything with leading actresses do nowadays. Ugh. Also this plot doesn't make any sense ???
I loved this movie. This is almost entirely because of the extremely successful casting of Emilia Clarke as the new Sarah Connor, the deft re-introduction of Arnold Schwarzenegger and a loving homage to the original - as well as some seriously funny dialog! This Sarah, however, is exactly how we would expect her to be. This is the Sarah we would liked to have seen in "Judgment Day". The second surprising aspect of this movie is Pops. We thought this version of a reprogrammed T-800 is the best so far. This is much better than the "I now know why you cry" guy from "Judgment Day". And the smile is hilarious. These two characters make this a really good movie. Additionally there is some fabulous dialog. There's not room to list all of the funny lines in this but they definitely made the move much more enjoyable. Unlike my reaction after seeing "Judgment Day" and most definitely after seeing "Salvation", which was "Please don't ever make another Terminator movie, please!", after seeing this movie, we are looking forward to what comes next. Unfortunately, the PTB decided that this reboot did not garner enough support with the public. This was to be a three-movie deal but plans for the next two have been dropped. So, for now, there will be no more stories with the new Sarah and Pops. Kind of sucks, really, as we thought the new Sarah was excellent!
I love this move too and I would love to see Genesys 2 with a "liquid metal t-800". But they canceled everything and made Dark Fate. Genesys is much better than DF and I am sure that Genesys 2&3 would been better too.
I’m not gonna lie some parts of genysis interest me SOME. Really one. Because we never really see what happens after the climax of the war. So it was kinda interesting to see that they never really destroyed skynet in the first place but he just made them believe they won.

True but at least they try something new
Dark fate was a sin by killing the most iconic character is a red flag
Honestly this is still better then Dark Fate
think so, eventhough Terminator has been end with Judgement Day 1991 so no sequels r exist to me.......
J Double C thats not saying much
This is cap this movie sucks
No it's not
Genesis, dark fate? The franchise ended at T2 until they make a future war movie like the fans have been fucking asking for 30 years the franchise will always end at T2.
Love how emalia clarke is covering herself when we’ve all seen her naked in GOT
😂😂😂
Game of Thrones paid her to. Would you agree to work for free just because you've had another job? Then there is the movie rating to consider. Just grab a still from Google images if youre so desperate
Genisys was also PG-13. You start throwing breasts around and you get an R rating which aren't as profitable.
@@ProfChaos1985 The first film was rated 18, the second, 15.
@@Sovereign01 that doesn't compute with Americans. We use letters, mostly, for our rating system.
@@ProfChaos1985 15 is equivalent to R, 18 is NC-17
01:00 if someone's hit by a car with that speed, you won't survive.
3:50, some 1984 vibe tho
3:49 T-800 AS looks badass.🤩
Her: "If he wanted me dead, I'd be dead. He literally protected me since I was a child."
Him: "That's what they do, they get close, they infiltrate..."
Her: "BITCH DO I STUTTER??"
Now channeling Samuel L. Jackson.
The terminator looked so sad after he realized he was alone
Finally, Skynet realized that it was necessary to extinguish little Sarah, but although he swelled again, he could send rev 9 so that there was no chance
Rev-9 is made by Legion in a different timeline.
Kyle taking a speeding car directly to the back with 0 injury he's the real terminator John never stood a chance.
@Colt Wayne aka The Monster Amen!
*I believe this movie deserved a second chance, especially since the fans who crushed it are the same that lead the franchise to CANCEL the Dark Fate and Salvation sequels..*
@@TerminatorTheory Well said!
That "young" T-800 is so fucking perfectly badass!!
Linda Hamilton actually fits the role of Sarah, she looks tough as nails in the second movie. Like she could kick my ass with ease. Emilia clarke’s Sarah feels like she’s gonna ask me to follow her pottery instagram.
3:43 This scene copied Friday the 13th 2009, crazy right 🤔🤔🤔🤔
3:49 that looks like the Terminator from the Terminator in 1984
Mixed in with the biker leather outfit from 1991's Judgement day
@@Johnny_Serenity the outfit looks differn't than 1991

I love that....🤩😜
"A Little Girl & Her Terminator" will start immediately after this rerun of the Sarah Connor Chronicles.
gets teleported, appears in the middle of the highway naked, head on collision with a car and two naked bodies roll around like tumble weed on the street. lol
Best Kyle Reese and Sarah Connor of the whole franchise!
Stop smoking crack man
nope
Totally lifted the appearing-on-a-highway bit from the Sarah Connor Chronicles
0:49 Dude some random guy just got disintegrated
03:50 that is some tough ass wood to hold up a T800
The guy driving probably has heard weirder shit then this on the job
Love the throwback to t2 when he said bite me
He looks like a T:1 T-800 mixed with Uncle Bob, badass
That shot with the OG Terminator holding Sarah blew my mind a bit when this trailer dropped... I was really looking forward to seeing what this reprogrammed T-800 could do.
And now that this series is over we’ll never know who sent pops or would’ve seen Sarah Connor as a kid being raised by a terminator ever
:/
The legitimately ONLY cool thing that happens in this scene is Kyle thinks fast enough to put himself between the oncoming car and Sarah. That's it.
even tho that should of broke his back killing him
He would have been turned into a limp mess after that
I think this one is my favourite Terminator movie yet.
1:08 damn they big
Pops is like one of those intense anime dads
1:44 I do love how they make him say the lines he was taught to but never used in Part 2
So he gets hit by a car and has nothing, he bends a piece of rebar on a T800's face, the T800 punches through concrete and hits reese so hard it throws him into a wall but he still fine. I understand he has plot armor but this is ridiculous
Even if the car was going half the speed it was he would still die
Then he takes a piece of shrapnel in the first film and dies instantly.
IIRC Kyle Reese in the second film was supposed to have been revealed as Skynet's ace in the hole - makes sense that he might've been the "first" T-5000 before the events of Genysis but had his programming muted by his regular personality... either intentionally or sabotaged
He's a future wars soldier so it's normal for him to get hit by such things
Starring in a movie that involves holding a naked Emilia Clarke? Wish I was Jai Courtney!!
fuck yes please
LMFAO lol😂😂😂
Bruh
Everyone's dream! At present, Emilia Clarke looks a bit aged
The thing i hated most about this movie were the transformers sounds
Right? It sounds like Galvetron!!
Fun fact: Theres actually a comic called Transformers terminator
If you got a goosebumps at 3:47 then your a classic too
I feel bad for pops he has been all alone for years and he doesn’t have Sarah
The only T-800 that lives at the end.
Moist Wall
He was completely Liquid Metal at the end. Haha
@@Spartan11117777 Just Upgraded.
A fast moving car hits Kyle on a Highway and not even a single scratch appears on his back. Wow Is he human or machine. After all he has living tissues.
There is a scar on Kyle's back...but you are right - he could at least show some emotion!
@@aschem4154he's a future wars soldiers so it's normal for him
*I bet if Genisys did not recieve much hate, we would see more of Pops and young Sarah in the cancelled TV series..
Genisys must have been an alternate timeline sequel to T1 only to change T1 itself.
Dark Fate/Flop is ironic and true to it's name.
He looked so badass in those Gargoyles sun glasses
"Fight me" never gets old😂😂😂😂
He said Bite me not fight me
So I’ve always wondered if Pops blew up the cabin, yet kept Sarah alive for some reason. I hate that we never find out who sent him.
Overall, a very simple flow of events:
Sarah and her dad go fishing.
0:19 awaiting for 33 years 😓😓😓
This is still a really good and enjoyable movie. Better then dark fate. Not as T2. But i still liked it.
T-800: I hope they okay. Be sefe my friends.
1:05 without context
4:01 One of best storyline after Terminator Judgement Day, Hoping One Day We get Another Sequel Based on this..
I am not sold at all on how this romance developed HAHA
I want a Terminator Dad that would be cool
This movie Genysis is far much more better than Dark Fate. Comparing Dark Fate, this is absolutely a Masterpiece
I think Emilia Clarke was judged to harshly for Genisys Kyle Reese looked as jacked as Arnold his role made him a third wheel
0:20 he look sad
Stuffing weapons and clothes in a dead animal carcass would be an idea to sneak them all through the time machine. Wouldn’t it?
Only reason they did this scene was get in that like weird token half nude scene that everything with leading actresses do nowadays. Ugh. Also this plot doesn't make any sense ???
OK, incel
You guys love to say how shit sucks but never have anything better. Great jobs.
Those sunglasses were always my favorite look for the T-800
I don't know who is this "we" you keep talking about, so I suggest you speak for yourself, dipshit. Terminator ended with T2 Judgment day.
I love this move too and I would love to see Genesys 2 with a "liquid metal t-800". But they canceled everything and made Dark Fate. Genesys is much better than DF and I am sure that Genesys 2&3 would been better too.
Now we never find out who sent Pops. 😢

I’m not gonna lie some parts of genysis interest me SOME. Really one. Because we never really see what happens after the climax of the war. So it was kinda interesting to see that they never really destroyed skynet in the first place but he just made them believe they won.
