- In this video I give a full in depth tour of a 2005 Ford E150 work van. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this van while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this van designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

I used to drive a 2005 Ford E150 cargo van, and it sounded just like this one!❤❤
Drove a van like this the other day at work, was the 250 V8 185,000 miles and it took off like it was brand new. Still running like a champ minus other misc stuff neededing work on it
My dad actually had a 2005 Ford E150 cargo van like Saab Kyle's
2005 Ford cargo van, and on both sides of the cargo van it had my dad's business logo "Agapé Ministries" on it, and it belonged
to Agapé Ministries Thrift Store and Food Pantry.
Dad actually taught me how to drive his cargo van, and I LOVED driving the cargo van! I've always wanted to drive the van a lot!
I also loved the cargo van, too! It was my favorite cargo van!
Hands down best van ever. mine got 349000 healthy miles still running.

When I was younger an ambulance was the same model as this and it had a custom engine swap with a turbo diesel in it, which was pretty crazy when I thought about it, cuz pickup trucks have these kind of engines
....
I was like 5 and these were used as mini school buses and it had a diesel engine. I'm currently 17. Time flies!!!

Hey my dad has a 2001,he own one in California but they stole it and cannot get his van back,and contains a backup camera,i am from USA,it's just I'm from Washington state,gave a like for the memory,he got the van in 2018. He now owns a 2020 nissan NV200

You're right about drive, neutral and reverse and park and 1 and 2, well when you put it in 2, you are stuck in 2 so you can go from stop to the top revline of second gear. Same thing with first, third, etc.
Ford Makes the best of everything IMO. I rode in a 2014 Express, and I normally hate GM but the Express was actually really nice, but I like Fords Vans better. Especially when it has that awesome V10, because my Church has a Ford E450 Super duty with the 6.8 trition V10, DAMN it hauls ass for what it is!

I love how this van sounds and starts up. Very muscly. Best start up of a gasoline vehicle I’ve heard to me, I like desiels but I would love to own a van with this sound.
Gulverg Walia drove these vans for years for work. They got some balls on them. Looking to get myself one of these vans for myself as well. The Triton engine is the best engine ford made.

I've seen one of these on a highway while traveling in New Jersey at 70 to 90 mph.
I like it, I haven't seen them in Kenya
If out of all the cargo/passenger vans out there my favorites are the Ford E Series, Chevy Expresses (GMC Savana), Ford Transit, Ford Transit Connect, Mercedes Sprinter, and the Mercedes Metris.

@fordescort98 you can work on it from the inside of the vehicle as well. The console is able to be lifted.

@LedCROwbar 1, is for 1st gear, and 2 is for 2nd gear, Just in case you are going uphill, maybe and need some extra power.

@alynr1972 That van is weird looking and is it built ford tough ? I bet it won't last half as long as a ford will or carry as much passengers or loads as the E-150 does either. I will give that the interior of the van is a bit more luxurious but how much does that van cost compared to this van ? Also if the ford E-150 were to crash the OPEL VIVARO I bet it would go flying.

that centre console if you remove it, you can access the engine in the ford vans. ( and chevy too. tbh really the ONLY way to work deeply inside the engine compartment

no it isn't, it is either the 4.6 liter v8 or the 5.4 liter v8. it also says v8 right on the side. It leads me to believe that it is the 5.4 liter v8 because the test drive proves that it isn't too gutless. The 4.6 is a dog of an engine, so it is probably the 5.4
