What I love about your channel is that you don't advertise it as a plant-based channel, but instead you just make delicious recipes that just so happen to be plant based. This draws in crowds of people who would normally not watch vegan cooking shows!

You are so right! I am definitely one of that crowd. I avoid everything "plant-based" and all the rest because they are often fake, boring or just plain gross. These, on the other hand are delicious real food.

I was having a heart attack here, man, c'mon! I've learned so much from this channel and it completely changed my relationship with food and cooking. I'm deeply grateful for all the videos and the time I spent watching them and experimenting in the kitchen. Even though you don't ship your books to Brazil I'm trying to get some friends to bring them for me. Glad to have been here for this journey!

I discovered your channel during the lockdown phase of the pandemic when I had no real choice but to figure out how to feed myself restaurant-quality vegan food or go insane. Now I love the meals I create in my kitchen so much that I jokingly tell my friends and family that I'm my own favorite chef now.
