My husband and I have been plant based for 13 years. Stir fry dishes are one of my favorite but I have not been able to make them at home to taste as good as the ones you get in an Asian restaurant.....until NOW! OMG! Thank you, thank you, thank you for teaching how to make an AWESOME stir fry sauce! Taking the time to talk through each of the components of the sauce (and why) has enabled me to make an amazing stir fry dish for my family! Not only do they love it, but I do too! Thank you! You are awesome!

The tofu recipe looks amazing- l will have to try it out.
I normally avoid tofu as l have had some pretty bad experiences.
I know for a fact that tofu can taste amazing given the right sauce as years ago l had a Jamaican friend when l was living in Auckland; and his recipes were off the planet. My mouth still waters when l remember the meals he cooked.

I love the way you use your knife (holding the knife around the blade and clawing your other hand on what you cut), it's very professional and the right way to cut, and I'm not vegan or anything but I'm muslim and can't always enjoy the original asian recipes because they aren't halal when any pork product is used, so I highly appreciate how you make your dishes and adapt them for vegan diets that we muslims can also eat without breaking religious restrictions
