    Coach Joe, I really appreciated this video & answer. I'm a "normal" guy...and I've felt awkward around some of the bodybuilders in gyms through the years. But I have gotten to know a couple who are now some of my best friends. I treat them just like regular dudes. When we are watching sports I tend to not eat snacks (especially if they are in prep) because that would seem to me to just be mean. So I'm glad you got to realize through your chat there, that "normal" people can also be challenging in a good way to work with, and that "normal" people are worthy of help and that that help can be life-changing, and you were a part of that and an inspiration for that change

    The visual of instructing someone to deadlift was EXACTLY my experience with a friend who works in an office and sits on his butt all day. I was unable to make him stop rounding his back, no matter what I told him or showed him, so I just gave up haha.

    why can I, as someone who is completely natural, no trt, nothing and as an average person sign up on your app when there is obviously a big difference when it comes to training natural vs enhanced? On your app, do you differentiate between natural and enhanced?
