Love it!! Hard to understand you sometimes as you speak super fast but love the content! Still I don’t get the hack machine either the elastic bands… seems to make it easier? I guess protects your knees but wouldn’t be better just to drop the weight with no bands? Thanks
It just helps out at the bottom but then you’re pushing heavier weight once you’re past the sticking point for a lot of people, which is after the pause at the bottom.

Thoughts on stopping shoulder press completely as front felt dominant. In order to bring up chest mainly and side delts.

Yup. Likely get enough from presses already. I’d prioritize side delts 👍 (check the video I have dropping today)

Then shoulder focus push 5 sets of laterals in total with 1 set of shoulder press potentially with a deadstop to maintain front delt of still get a small amount stimulus to grow.
11 sets chest too much split across weak ? My form tempo execution pretty nailed. But thanks for responding any changes you would make. Defo the most knowledgeable person on social media
Your advice is a game changer made my training go from decently good to another level

Belt I always go personal preference. If you like it, have at it! I’d still make sure you’re still able to brace properly when your spine is loaded.
You need to get a pendulum squat machine in your gym - 10x better than hack squat and leg press
I have the 🐐 pendulum sitting next to the hack. (I wouldn’t say it’s 10x better either - both have merit)
