    Been working out for almost 6 years now and only previous month started following you and your channel! I must say it has made such a big difference in my life , I didn't felt anything in my lats , biceps, chest initially and I am an aspiring bodybuilder also and but after applying your principles I have made good improvements in one month! I am from science background so I understand this biomechanics stuff and it is really interesting! Thank you so much for developing my interest in this and I am excited to buy your subscription and ready to make huge improvements! 🙏🙏

    Great video. The only way I can change the angle is by moving the seat up an down The 2 gyms I use the preacher is fixed I have to change the seat level or stand up to change angles.

    Thank you for this! Just adding a couple plates to the back of my preacher bench completely transformed the exercise for me. Now I just need to reconcile my stupidity for not thinking of that before...

    Enjoying your videos and sarcasm! Keep it up. You spoke on spider curls. Thoughts on spider curls against a 90° preacher pad vs hanging without any rest/pad? Is one better than the other.

    EVEN A 45 DEGREE PREACHER LOSES SOME TENSION AND FULL EXTENSION WILL DESTROY YOUR ELBOW HYPEREXTENDING......SO EVEN AT YOUR CHOSEN ANGLE.....CABLES WOULD PROVIDE CONTINUOUS TENSION SIMGLE GRIP OR SMALL BAR ATTACHED TO A CABLE.

    EXTREMES WILL BE OVERLIADED USING CABLES

  • @stormtropper88
    @stormtropper88 3 роки тому +1

    So if your using a cable for all of these exercises. Does anything change since it provides constant tension ?

  • @howerton1280
    @howerton1280 3 роки тому

    Love this content. Wouldn't another benefit to using the 60-70 degree pad be that for most people, there isn't a position where you get to 0 moment arm, whereas the flat or vertical pads do have those positions. So there is constant tension on the bicep, right?

    IF YOUR VERTICAL AND STRAIGHTEN ARM. NO TENSION...SAME AT YOUR CHOSEN PREACHER ANGLE WITH EVEN GREATERRRR. RISK AS YOUR ELBOW CAN HYPEREXTEND

    So what benefit does the Prime preacher curl offer with it's multiple loading points? Wouldn't you just load the middle and top pins to make it gradually lighter at the top?

  • @giorgioanastasios4734
    @giorgioanastasios4734 Рік тому

    SO MAKING THIS POINT. YOUR CHOSEN ANGLE HAS ITS CONS AS WELL AND NONE WOULD STRAIGHTEN ELBOW BYT IF IT HAPPENS BY A NEWBIE. AS TANGEROUS AS LOCKING KNEES ON A 45 DEGREE LEG PRESS. SO.....THE TOOL USED I BELIEVE WOULD BE PRIORITY

  • @pavelttodorov
    @pavelttodorov Рік тому

    Is it a good option to do it on a 45-degree angle and then do a super set on a 90 degree, that way you overload the lengthen and then the short position or it's better to adjust the bench?
