After 4 years with a tuned & modified 2017 M140i, running 455bhp/634nm, upgraded brakes and other bits, I recently got into an OG M2 (late 2016 model).
The M140i was noticeably faster from a roll, but the M2 is levels above in every other way. I never expected it to feel so raw and mechanical, for a modern car, I love it.

I've been having my M2 for 6 years since new and I don't know since when, I started to feel strong pulling/tramlining on some roads like you do. It's quite noticeable and it scares me sometimes if I hold the steeringwheel with one hand. I did alignment a couple times at different places and tried new tyres. Nothing fixed it. Weird that I definitely didn't notice in the first couple of years.

Been watching your videos on the M2 while considering buying one a co-worker owns, 2018 manual M2 like yours, considering your experience would you say its worth owning one as a daily driver?
Not interested in racing the car or even really pushing it to its limits just thinking its a good deal and a great nice car to own would really appreciate your advice thanks and excellent job with the channel I do enjoy the content cheers brother!!!

@@danyalahmed8144 No I spoke more with the owner about his M2 and decided not to go with it. It totaled at one point after a nasty wreck the Unibody and suspension were fine so was the engine the wreck made him replace quite a few parts but they were structural it totaled because these parts were very expensive. I do trust him he is a BMW certified collision tech he did all the repairs at the shop he works on BMWs everyday but I thought with the salvage title I probably shouldnt go for it.

I think you did well to stay away as tempting as the M2 is lol I'm after either an M140i or M2 and will not like a categorised car as I think the speed they can carry in a crash means the damage can be more severe

@@alexrogers7988 nice to see you’re enjoying your M2. When you are planning your ring trip? I’m going at the end of May. Quick tip, rather than making your video available straight away, schedule it a few hours later so YT can finish processing it. When I watched it it was only available in 360p.

Thanks mate, great tip, no one likes watching in 360P😄

How did you gain access to install the mesh behind all the grills?

Removed the front bumper mate, it’s the only way to install the mesh

      Thanks Alex
I see Zunsport also do a pre made mesh for the lowers but it clips onto outside of the factory grills
