      It sure was! Some of our mega meal sessions have more cheese than others, but honestly, this amount isn't all that uncommon for us!

      Don’t see that working cause it won’t be enough starch for the volume in a cube

    Hard pass. lol. Starch is no secret ingredient. It is the ingredient that is used in all shredded cheeses to keep it from clumping or sticking. It’s highly inflammatory. I buy block cheese to keep away from starch. I think cheese powder sounds interesting to try though. 🤷

      For what it's worth, the starch used in store bought shredded cheese is usually potato starch. Of course you can skip this step to make it work for you!

      Arrowroot powder works just as well. That's what I use when I'm shredding cheese in bulk.
