I was in such good shape that they had to double the incline and double the length I was on the treadmill to get my pulse up high enough to do an accurate test. Hi! Is this class for men too? I am a man and did this lesson with my mother-in-law. It was very brutal! I used soda cans as weights but could not even last 3 circuits as my arms just gave up 😟 My MIL did the full lesson using between 12-30 lb dumbbells! I feel really low and defeated. 😟

I don’t have a box- but used my Bosu for the skull crushers & triceps kickbacks- adding in balance/core work. Now I have to go shovel our 1st snow fall this year ( at least it’s fluffy!). Thanks for preparing my arms for this task ( lol 😝). 🇨🇦🎒❤️

Sydney is the only person I have ever enjoyed working out with virtually - I like how she doesn’t chat through sets. It actually helps me focus especially how she breathes through the sets herself. It makes me feel like she’s working just as hard as me!
Crushed yesterday and forgot to comment! Then last night while washing my hair in the shower and feeling the soreness in my arms reminded me how hard i worked in this chiseled arm set
I love these workouts! it's my 1st time lifting weights and I have gotten so much stronger since I started 3 months ago. I love it when you tell us the weight you are lifting for each exercise (because if I can lift 1/2 or even 1/3 of what you are doing I feel very strong)!!
