I'm gonna be very frank here and this is based on my experiences with 3 of these Firearms that I've owned, they may or may not be true for everyone but at least very much for myself. (LONG READ AHEAD) I first owned the Sig P320 Compact and let me tell you straight up that the Modular design is nothing more than a gimmick in terms of civilian use. In the military a modular design can be practical and cost effective because cracking the lower frame of a firearm can be common in a warzone and replacing it by just taking off the slide and internals is a win for them. Now for civilians they sell it as a swappable frame that can change grips and sizes to even that of a subcompact. The Sig is very top heavy and because the lack of beefy internals in the lower frame the gun tends to kick up a little much, add the higher bore axis and you'll have some difficulty getting back on target. The standard grip is slippery and had me readjusting my grip too often. Next, the parts are incredibly expensive. Magazines range from $50 and up. Some magazines fit and some dont depending on the countless confusing designs and models (xcarry, carry compact, etc. Wtf) so for a firearm that won a contract which means they are Pumping these out in high bulk volumes has No business being this expensive and confusing. I had the P320 Compact along with several frames including the Subcompact which was a JOKE. It weighed like 2 lbs unloaded and the long Compact slide on top made it look ridiculous and very top heavy. I had it for 6 Months before I sold it. Up came the new M&P 2.0 Subcompact. AMAZING do it All firearm. Just a Phenomenal shooter. The most comfortable I've shot that I owned and the Best bang for buck pistol you can buy in terms of great quality and what it comes with. It had 1 drawback and 1 major flaw that made me sell it (which I regret doing so). All M&P designs have an awful trigger. I dont mean the shooting part...I mean the Hinged design. Because of my smaller hand and because I like getting High up on the pistol to the point the web of my hand is tight, I kept pulling the top part of the trigger which caused the trigger not to go back. This happened on Several occasions and I tried to train myself to Not do this but while doing quick pick up and fire runs at the range, I caught myself doing it Many times and I'm surprised more people haven't come forward about this issue and its no wonder I see many M&P with Apex triggers (which have the blade design). This trigger design for many hands out there can be Very dangerous in a situation that requires you to pull out and fire only to find out the trigger is stuck because your finger is not low enough to grab the lower part of the hinge to pull it back all the way. So thats that. Other drawback was the weight. Now while I appreciate some weight on a Gun because it absorbs recoil, an unloaded M&P Subcompact with 12 rds that weights More than a Glock 19 with 15 rds unloaded does Not make sense to me. Glock 19 weighs 23 ounces and a full sized pistol. The M&P weighed 25+ ounces which is near Revolver weight for that size. I almost cried selling that firearm and I do miss it a lot and may go about to getting it again later in life and just changing the trigger out. Then lastly...I bought a Glock 26 Gen 5 😑 and there was No denying that this is a Solid do it all firearm as well. It felt the best in my hand and it is very well balanced and shoots like a bigger gun (like the M&P sub) with the only drawback being no rail and the polymer sights. (Which is not a deal breaker to me). The Glock just feels like quality engineering in the hand compared to other firearms. It lacks a lot of tacticool features some may want on a firearm but it is definitely an amazing tool for its intended purpose. To shoot. I never liked Glocks and never saw myself coming about to getting one but when you hold one you understand why so many agencies choose this firearm. It shoots very well and it's sleek anti snag design makes ideal for all purposes especially the G26 which is Still interchangeable with its bigger models in magazine capacity. I have it in a Glock 19 configuration. Which I only have to change back to 10 rds to conceal carry it easily. It weighs Perfect for a gun that shoots same (to me) as a Glock 19. I still have the Glock and dont intend to sell it or make ridiculous upgrades to it because to me a gun is a tool not a Jeep Wrangler. I'm fine with the sights and can do fine without a rail. All I got for it is an xgrip for a 15 rd mag and +2 mag extensions. Thats it. This firearm is quite possibly the best subcompact value I have found and shot and I hate to say it was a Glock. So in order of best of 3 for me. Glock. Second the M&P and lastly the Sig which I'm pretty sure would be lower if I had owned other firearms. I highly recommend the M&P over all of these if you have larger hands because that is truly the better value shooter and has aftermarket power comparable to Glock. Rant over, thank for reading. 😁

Damn man you nailed it . My g26 with a PMAG GL9 is the best setup . I actually carry the p365 it features are the most comfortable with appendix Cary . I also carry the g19 appendix. So basically it’s what I’m wearing that day for shirts , but by far I like Glock . I’m a GSSF member, but that’s not why I choose Glock ! I choose them because I trust them with my life ( I carry appendix) so I have to trust a firearm with my life every time I Cary it !! Customer service at Sig I thought they are very rude . Glock is always there to help you out in anyway!!

Also found out the modular option of the Sig more a gimmick than anything else. Yes they offer the option of switching caliber, but fail to provide different slide & barrel sizes. That’s the first reason I went with the PPQ. One gun, have the carry size, and purchased the long Q5 slide kit for target & competition. The second reason real Ambi mag release and for someone ambidextrous like me, that was a lot better vs changing grip or switching button.

I’m an old 1911 guy. Because of the reliability and aftermarket availability I keep trying to like the Glock. I still have my first Gen 2. When I buy a Glock I change the sights and trigger immediately. There goes some reliability. I bought the P10C and it’s good right out of the box. I shoot it better than other striker fire guns because of trigger and grip angle.

Nice comparison of 5 very good handguns. I’ve owned the Gen 5 Glock (as well as around a dozen Gen 3 and Gen 4 versions), the P320, and the M&P M2.0 Compact (as well as several first Gen M&P’s). For me, the Smith & Wesson is my favorite although there isn’t enough difference between them to make one stand out above the others. It’s all a matter of personal preference.

CZ P-10C rocks. Can't rave enough about the gun. I've owned custom 1911's which had awesome triggers, match barrels and very tight tolerances so I shot very well with them yet my best groups have been with the P-10C, hands down. Maybe I shoot better now, maybe shooting 9mm vs. .45 ACP is easier, but for a production striker fired polymer gun with tolerances for reliability more than for accuracy, it is a great shooter with a great trigger for a striker fired gun and with awesome ergonomics comparable to PPQ if not better (ergonomics and trigger).

I don’t know your body type but I am 5’8 170 and can conceal carry the p10c with ease using a jm custom kydex with claw. If you’re gonna choose just one, choose the p10c. If you have the funds for two, add the PPQ because it is a blast to shoot at the range

In all honesty, having owned the Sig P320 Compact, I did Not like it too much. The only thing it had going for it is the trigger, which was phenomenal, unfortunately that is negated by other factors (my opinion of course). The pistol is very TOP heavy, because there is no substantial steel framing inside the lower portion of the pistol (due to modular design) it is a little harder to tame the recoil. Along with the Higher bore axis, it made the shooting a fumbling mess in the hand and slightly difficult to point accurately. It is a Beefy gun, and behaves like an All metal pistol....but is Not an All metal pistol. Like a Ferrari engine inside a Kia frame. The modularity in my opinion (despite constant praise of design) is really a gimmick. I bought the subcompact frame to have the option to carry. The Slide on the subcompact frame was a joke. The gun was even MORE top heavy on the tinier frame and felt like a Brick strapped to your waistband. Not to mention the slide protrudes way pass the subcompact frame which threw off it's balance in the hand. I really wanted to LOVE this firearm because it was Sig quality and the trigger was one of the best triggers I've pulled....but the entire design made it feel like a novelty. Grip wasn't too great either. It forced me to keep re-adjusting my hand. I've re-adjusted my hand MORE on this bigger pistol than I did on a Glock 26. (which I shoot incredibly well).
After shooting the P320c several times, I got fed up and sold it. It just wasn't for me. I know a lot of people like it, but I sense there are also a Lot of people that Don't like it but Pretend to love it just because it's a Sig Sauer firearm. So I'll give you my advice. Go Glock or M&P. Nothing else. Absolute BEST value, cheaper parts, magazines and accessories as well as vast availability of them. In the aftermarket/accessory department, they are unrivaled. If you got the extra Money to spend, you can also go HK (VP9 is INCREDIBLE, which is like Glock and M&P had a baby and pumped it with Steroids). But you lose the aftermarket value that Glock/M&P has.
if you are on a very tight budget, Taurus G2C is a great option and possibly the Best bang for buck firearm on the market. End rant.

Agreed. The P320 felt unbalance when I first held it, but I figured it would balance out with a fully loaded magazine. Needless to say, it didn't. Also, the grip is at a weird, almost 90-degree angle, so aiming and handling it feels wonky. The slick grip and gigantic slide don't help at all.
I sold mine, bought a Walther CCP, and haven't looked back.

I’ve had glocks, m&p full and shields (9mm .40 and the .45 and the 45 is really a nice shooter for how small the barrel is there not much recoil) picked up a p320 x compact I love this gun hands down the best I think not only is it dead on if u do ur part but the amount of stuff u can do with it. Having it to where u can change up the whole gun is bad ass I have the m17 x change kit 5 different grip modules all with the same gun pretty much. Hands down check out the 320s won’t be disappointed.

All really nice with their strong points.
I really like my CZ P-07…….and my Sig M-11 A-1 is right there with it.
I keep guns. ( too many, if that’s possible )
    The 2 guns I did sell…….a model 22 Glock and ( this hurts ) a Smith model 29 4”.
Never missed the Glock. Took almost 40 years to replace the 29 with another 4” pinned barrel Smith !!

A person can go crazy looking for perfection, the enemy of good.
The M&P is good enough, and should work great for you. The Vedder Light Tuck with claw holster works well for appendix or 3-4:30 carry. Warning, if you want to mount a weapon light, research holsters before buying light. The main advantage of the Glock is there are more accessories available.

      2.0 is fantastic.
Fits my hands, comfortable to shoot, low muzzle flip and looks sexy.
My 1.0 and had to replace the trigger with an Apex trigger because factory triggers on the older 1.0 are crappy.
Also installed Talon grips on the 1.0.
      Now I love it.

The Gen 5 Glock polymer sights are very slightly different than previous versions of their sight place holders. 1. they are marginally taller 2. the rear sight line can be viewed distinctly under the round front 'hat in the box' front sight and do not have to bleed into it for an accurate 15 -25 yard hold.

@@jamzempire To be honest, so far so good, I've only put about 250 rounds (9mm) through it, no issues at ALL, I have 2 (17RD) & 2 (21rd MAGS) . I live in Lansing Michigan, and ALL RANGES (indoor and outdoor) are closed thanks to VAMPIRE GOVERNOR WHITMER. The first time was inside and 4 (17rd mags) 68 rds. This last time a combination of 17 & 21 Rd mags at a friend's house outside (farm), I used the Uplula mag loader (love it) I'm starting to get the sighting down, it's set for 2" groups at 10yds from the factory, fixed night sights. I did get a Olight Baldr RL but I haven't zeroed it yet! So yes I do like the gun, also it's my first EVER! M&P m2.0 9mm for me! I got used to the trigger, and i shoot better with the M&P more so than the Glocks and Sigs and several other brands; though, i haven't shot the Walther nor the CZ i still believe not much will change my mind. After months of reviewing videos of gauntlet testing of ALL TYPES OF edc 9mm polymers, i decided on the M&P and have never looked back. However, it is a full size frame that i have and i am now considering the compact model , and i am torn between the 2.0 and the Sig P365 XL. Nonetheless, the M&P is perfect for me, even if until i find something better, i will always enjoy the 2.0.

Good job comparing these firearms. Gotta go with the G19. Gen 4 is mine. Have to admit not a fan of the finger grips on the gen 4. So nice job removing them on gen5. Compared at the range FN509 to G19 and was very surprise the the trigger on the G19 was the winner. That being said both were new firearms but I was more familiar with Glocks to start with. So maybe not fair to FN509. Was really excited require the 509. Since it is FN which is the manufacture of my first handgun purchase of the Browning Hi Power back on the mid 1980's. Again great job eviewing these firearms. Keep up the great work. Will be visiting the show again.

Most really like the P10C and will say it's the best on the list. Personally I've loved every Sig I've ever picked up, so it'll come down to the P320 (XCompact) vs P10C for me. I just need a do-it-all backup gun and by all reports CZ made a better more ergonomic Glock 19 and most would say it's the best in class. I've loved every Sig I've ever shot though and my EDC is a P365XL, so I'm likely to go with something different to change it up, but I love the P320 and the trigger is great to me, so IDK lol. Tough decisions.
No Glock though. Great guns, but ergonomically they're way behind other designs and now that other guns are just as reliable, you have to wonder why bother. Bought about 8 Glocks over my time with them. Sold them all, no thanks!!

I shot both and own a P-10c. I really liked the P-320 a lot. My buddy has one and a Glock 19 and I liked a lot of things about both. We got a big covid hazard pay bonus at work and my local shop just happened to have the Glock G45 and the P-10c. After careful consideration, I went with the p-10c as I always liked the CZ hammer-fire pistols. I was not dissapointed. Accurate as heck, still feels perfect in my hand and has the interchangable back plate on the grip, the night sights are a nice little extra, magazine release is positive as heck, no malfunctions so far thru just over 500 rounds (would be more if it wasn't for the ammo shortage right now), and overall just a natural-feeling shooter. I was getting great groups at 35 feet and at 15 feet I could nearly rapid-fire it and stay within the target, and I am just an intermediate shooter and by no means an expert. Can't go wrong either way tho, but if you haven't made a choice yet, figured maybe this would give u yet another perspective. Take care!

I bought the MP9 2.0 4" compact 3 years ago. Even with a good holster it seemed to weight down my right side, and grip kinda rough against skin.
When P365 came out I waited for bugs to be worked out and bought the P365 Tacpac with three 12rd mags.
P365 is a dream to carry, and easiest shooting subcompact I've fired.
    The happy coincidence?
With medium back strap, my M&P has the same length of pull on the trigger as my P365.
Another point: during a current national emergency my M&P no longer feels too large or uncomfortable. In fact, with a 17 rd mag, it is now very comforting to carry in times of trouble.

MP is easily the softest shooting of the bunch and if you pick one up I'd be willing to bet it fits your hand better than anything else in this video with one of those included palm swells.. A lot of people don't like the hinged trigger but for around $100 you can put an Apex trigger kit in very easily and it makes it a competition level trigger (or buy the performance center which has some upgrades). Unfortunately for the Glock you can upgrade the trigger, but in the end its still a terrible squishy and vague Glock trigger. PPQ has the best trigger from the factory in this general price range, now only rivaled by the Canik Mete (which is a PPQ clone and 40% cheaper).
