    I just started looking up ttapp again after years of not doing it and I wanted to do this but I never did the whole tucking and spine flattening and that made it so much more difficult haha!

    Good morning, can you speak more on how this move helps the lymph. I'm trying to understand. Thanks!

      great question!! So, this move is highly lymphatic due to the squeezing/pumping motion of the calf muscle. The calf muscle is like a pump for our lymphatic system, so flexing and extending the muscle will stimulate lymph flow. Also, it can draw lymphatic fluid from the groin area when you are flexing/pointing the feet and calf muscle against gravity 😄

    Hi! How many reps/sets are we supposed to do with this exercise?

    • @mb.fitness
      @mb.fitness  3 роки тому +3

      2 times through the whole sequence, is equivalent to one set! You can do 1-3 sets per day (or more!) ☺️

    Will this move help with proper leg alignment when walking and standing? I find my knees tend to turn in and I’m trying to fix that.

      Yes, this is great practice and optimal foot positioning! Especially if you keep that alignment when doing the move! I will also share another form tips video which may be helpful if you find your knees tend to turn in!!

    I have such trouble with keeping my legs straight. Can I start with slightly bent legs? Thus mice is so hard for me, my hamstrings are so tight.

    • @mb.fitness
      @mb.fitness  Рік тому +1

      Yes! Definitely start out as best you can- a little bend is ok! If you are having trouble keep the legs straight, there is likely a lot of hamstring tightness pulling down into the back of the legs.

      I watched your video on walking with a neutral spine so I’m going to incorporate those tips. It may help my hamstrings if i properly engage my core, and my glutes and hamstrings will actually fire properly. You are exactly correct, it seems a few years post-partum I’m having all these alignment issues. Sore knees, feet, hips and even though I’m chasing a little one all over.
      I never really made the connection before of I sooo appreciate you, I’m crying with gratitude.
