Ahah
Coming up pretty soon now!!!!😎😎😎😎😎😎😎❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sad that it’s not gonna be released in theaters anymore, though😢
@@christopherbuttram6737 almost there
I just saw it this past weekend and I have to say that after seeing how in depth they went with the repurposed documentary mini-series format, I’m not as upset about it not being in theaters as I was before. It was so good.
John's guitar solo is so fun to play
not a day goes by when I'm not playing John's part of get back
Fur coat for the win. Great work.
I can’t imagine it was easy for Lennon to play this lead on a rooftop in London in late January. Damn, his hands must’ve been numb!
he was a fucking pro
Na that fur coat meant he thought it was august 😂
There’s a part where he says “my hands are getting too cold to play the chords.” You also have to remember those guys are used to the weather there. Put a Floridian in that situation and he’s screwed.
I played my first outside show last December and my whole entire body stiffed tf up. This was in south Texas too so I couldn't even imagine what a British windy winter must be like😭😂
@@pabl0sauced0 it’s Bloody awful Pablo especially that icy wind blowing off the North Sea coast off north east Scotland our natural colour here is pale blue ha
One of Lennon's best solo pieces. That plus his one on You Can't Do That
Harrison****
@@HRHMANSOUR Its a well known fact that Lennon took the lead guitar part on both those numbers. Check it out.
@@epipick Star****
George played lead on “You Can’t Do That”, except for the solo, which is a fantastic effort by John. George also came up with the riff, as stated by Tom Petty on Rolling Stone magazine for their list of ‘100 best guitarists’.
And also in I Want You (She's So Heavy), Honey Pie, Long Tall Sally, Johnny B. Goode, Nowhere Man, Come Together, Yer Blues etc.
Got to love the subtleties of Beatles guitar parts. Their appreciation of dynamics and nuance is rarely given the recognition that it deserves.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. A UA-cam video with 1. Excellent content. 2. No tacky introduction (cos the title tells you what it is). 3. No dialogue explaining when the Beatles started and when the song was written and who wrote it and what mood he was in when he wrote it and how easy it is in principle and how genius it is in concept. You just show what the the title says. Simple. Brilliant.
Georg VonTrapp - Hey thanks! I always wished there were more videos of my favorite musicians where you can see the actual playing
Ably House Truly these are excellent videos. You have the talent, you share it, you keep everything else out of the way. Title, click, BANG! Very impressed.
Good work with Yoko's fur!
3:22: Lead Guitar (John Lennon)
6:39 Rhythm Guitar (George Harrison)
Thanks
That tone tho, my god
One of biggest hits of beatles, GET BACK.
Now with the Let it Be teaser we can see Lennon was actually slapping the strings with his fingers during the intro to get that sound. I love discovering something new.
Me too! That puts this song back on the list I suppose!
@@AblyHouse ably house how did you get the tone where you strum soft its clean and when you hit hard its distorted
Not sure, I think it’s sort of the sweet spot. Usually I record, listen back and then make an adjustment. I’ll do that 3 or 4 times before I start tracking
@@AblyHouse is the sound from the amp or is it edited?
@@user-ge3oy1vl6v it’s mostly the sound of the amp, no digital distortion. Maybe a bit of compression and Redd17 EQ in the computer
Love Get Back ❤and the guitars well. Thanks
How did you get that AWESOME Casino Tone!?!?!?!?!??!?!
He got a casino maby
Because Casinos are awesome.
Your videos are Fantastic! You are much better than all the other Beatles cover channels!
Well done!! Best guitar cover of this on UA-cam!
Magnifique. Many thanks.
Perfection! Incredible sound! Thank you very much!
¡Saludos cordiales desde Buenos Aires, Argentina!
Excellent, superb!!!
This is more effective than reading tabs
Thanks Mo!
I’d like to say on behalf of the group and ourselves I’d hope we passed the audition.
In addition to the great and accurate guitar parts I love the added detail of getting the matching clothes that they were wearing that day on the rooftop!
Rock on!!! Great video
That's excellent
Nice cover man! Love that you wore Lennon’s fur coat too lmfao
There's all these videos of them rehearsing and goofing around, trying different riffs, singing bad, singing silly, .... but when it was time to record, wow.
Wish you could have gotten someone to play Billy's piano solos on this.

Same guy
For johns intro you have to smack the strings lol. learned that from the get back documentary
Excelente. Felicitaciones.!!!😁
Just pure perfection
You have to remove the varnish on the casino like John did. Sounds great!
Perfect!
First disco song in the World!))
With the fur coat and everything haha
good stuff
Damn John...
😁
Hey man got any secrets to that casino tone? Actually, how do you get so close to the original of these instruments?
Great!!!!!
Nice coat!
Alguien sabe cómo sacar ese efecto de la guitarra de George?
MANY THANKSSS!!!
I was seventeen doing low level helicopter patrolling armed to the teeth, The pilots just barely drinking age and the intercom was blasting with the Beatles, Stones and so much more. Now JO JO lights my fire.
Wayne it puts lots of things into perspective I was 7 and vaguely mind of it. I was kicking footballs about the street playin hide and seek and other daft games on a housing estate in Dundee, Scotland 🏴 I’m glad it brought back positive memories for you now 17 though can’t imagine what went through your mind back then but sounds like that must’ve got you through it cheers
I want that coat
You tells we’re y’all learned these songs
Estevan Llanez bruh what?
@SunsGettingRealLow Translation: Could you please tell me where you all learned these songs?
Beatles were amazing
An ode to Chuck
Toma Revancha, se llama este tema!!!!!
daora
Everyone teaching this is missing the chord with the minor third or share nine chord happening the end on George's part. Billy Preston is doing it to on the keys. It's not just always A7.
Ably house wish me luck. Cause me and my band chose this song and it’s no coincidence that I’m doing John Lennon’s part with an Epiphone Casino I have. I hope it all goes well 😅
I just discovered that John's intro part he actually slapped the strings
@ check it at @
In videos John clearly pats the strings for the first 12 seconds or so
It wasn’t clear until Peter Jackson’s trailer came out

Could you tell the configuration of the Casino and its amp? thanks
Which amp did you use? A Fender?
ha! the coat! great playing though
👏👏👏👍👍👍😆😆😆
Which amp?
Fur coat? Fatality!
At the end the lead is different.
Is there tabs for solos or the tabs you used to learn them?
If you shew mint gum it adds +100 guitar skills
Como poder lograr ese sonido de la guitarra de Lennon amigo? Que pedal y o ampli usas?
Guitarra : volumen 10 tono 3
Amplificador fender vibrolux reverb: treble :7 middle :5 bass :6
Un poco de reverb y distorsion creo
@@erickpadilla8989 gracias muchas gracias
0:28 what chord does john slide up to?
RubberBowl - Its just an A starting on the major 3rd (C#) which is:
Fret 9 on low E string
Fret 7 then 9 on A string
Landing on 7 of D string
After the first 4 notes, john plays a high A7 which looks like xx7989
@@AblyHouse thanks
I thought this was George on the duo jet,,,back to they’re roots,,,let it be
2nd good cover btw
Why is John lead and George is rhythm
I believe its because John came up with those riffs during the jam sessions in 1969. It could have been during the couple of days when George walked out that John solidified a part. Also, you can find earlier takes of this song when George was working on guitar riff ideas, they never quite meshed the way Johns ideas did later on. They are available on the Thirty Days bootleg
just showing off that he can play. Waste of time
What did you expect?
Hell no
You seem to have the tone down on the guitar--I think the muffling/treble reduction was done at the amp stage or in post production.
annabelleshaus - we did it in post. Who knows what they messed with on the rooftop. They were up for 45m and only recorded 5 songs
@@AblyHouse I agree!! Just saying because the distortion on John's guitar sounds more intense in the recording which leads me to believe the tone was reduced after the amp/preamp stage. Could've also been the effect of a hot microphone recording to tape, for all we know 😁
Pretty sure its the bridge pickup with the tone knob (not volume) rolled back to reduce treble. But im sure some eqing could of been done at the board.
