I don’t think I’ve ever heard a cover that is so accurate
Man, I can’t believe how under appreciated this channel is.
There’s a channel on UA-cam doing supposedly “perfect” guitar covers of Beatles song that has millions of views (don’t get me wrong, they are really good but they just lack the Beatles’ energy and soul, sounding bit bland/lifeless), while this channel is literally the closest to the studio recording in every single way (except the vocals of course) that has a couple thousands of views.
I really hope this channel will grow so people can see these marvelous recreations of our favorite musics.
P.S. this particular cover is one of my favorites so far, blows my mind how close the overall sound is to the original record.
Could you tell us which one? But I do agree, it's ridiculous how close these guys are to the real recordings.

Honestly it just depends on the song. There are certain songs I think Ably House did better covers of and certain songs that I think mattiboo did better covers of. But I like them both either way.

I can not describe with words how phenomenal and thoughtful this is. The instrument detail, the mixing, the playing, the instrument finishes and even down to the player. I love that John’s bass part was played by Andrew. Marvelous!
Everlasting song. Amazing engineer. These guys pay homage & do it well. Speaks volumes that JL hated it. It's the one song on the White Album with brightness , energy.
That part after the solo with the guitar mirroring the bass even McCartney forgot about. On 321 they talk about it being a heavy bass sound. It’s bass + guitar. Sounds like the 6 string bass that Lennon used on LIB to me.

Eric Clapton absolutely nailed the guitar solo. I’m glad it’s very accurate in this cover! He didn’t get the attention for that guitar solo he deserved, since he wasn’t credited on the album.

It's actually not a Lucy Les Paul Reissue but on their defense even if I had a YT channel like this and I need to buy different instrument to replicate the sound of the recording so you will need to spend a lot of money on different instruments so they didn't buy they Lucy Les Paul which I wouldn't too it's £24000

I have a bass that could be a carbon copy of the one shown (1967 LH J-bass with 'lollipop' tuners and flats). What an insanely wonderful instrument.

jamqc24 - I heard there may be a single note guitar mixed in as well. I decided against it because there’s already a lot of 3 guitar/basses playing that part
You guys are amazing! I don't know how you make everything sound just like the original.
We definitely upgraded our gear for this one. The Piano is a steinway grand, the organ is a hammond through a leslie, and we used a 69 Bassman for both the lead guitar and Bass tracks. It's all the "real" stuff - and it helps!
