My SD card fell out of one of my modis ultras, but I have another one , could I cope the file of the one I have ? And use it? How would I get around the licensing one to make it relearn and accept the new card
license backup is stored inside the scanner memory also. To recover it, boot up the scanner without a card then press N then it will go to utilities, there insert the blank micro SD card and select recovery. Then you can insert the SD card into PC and read License folder, it will tell you what bundle it takes, and all you need is matching bundle database from another scanner. Maybe I should make a video on that.
