@mk718bx5 when it's doing the update it takes a while, if your battery dies in the middle of the process, it corrupts the data. I had to get on the phone with snappy in California and let them go online into my scanner to reconfigure everything. Because it wouldn't let you boot up, went into Grey screen telling you the card isn't there or corrupted (or to that effect). So, from now on its on its adapter for the entire process.

Of course SnapOn has no way of letting you put a new image on the SD card and its not the first time it has happened. After the 3rd time i threw the pos in a box and went to Autel. Now updates $150 a year and works great. I dont understand why SnapOn wont support us when we are paying a monthly subscription to keep it running.

How do you get the subscription to do it weekly?
