This setting of exercise diluted me in 8 minutes . My freaking knees were shivering. Gonna keep up with this and hopefully I will buy your shadow boxing vlogs from your website soon. Great work mate.

Man, I love your shadow boxing workouts! Started in my mountain bike off-season with your easy beginner shadow-boxing workout, and now I'm hooked to this shit. :) I'll have to come to Oregon for the mountain biking trails!
Holy shit balls...I've been doing the other shadow boxing HIIT workout and wanted to switch it up a bit and this one is perfect. Albeit it is a bit harder, especially since it mixes in leg workouts right in the middle. Definitely alternating them from now on. Thanks a bunch

@vaargheee john Yes it helps, but if u want to speed up the loosing weight process, try the intermittent fasting and the kito diet and exercises. Also I cut eating sugars and that's helped me a lot.so to loose weight 80% nutrition & 20% exercises. Good luck

I have done this so many time, still an intense workout- it is for everyone , depending on how intense you want to keep it.
