    I love this routine. My jaw and neck are always super tense to the point I get migraines. This routine really helps!!

    This is amazing. During the practice, I felt blood flowing properly up and down or into any directions necessarily in the back.

      @@YogawithJoelle Yes I've also been using that one (and the wrist and shoulder ones too) and they're great! I just get some irritation with supination/pronation/twisting motions so I wanted to request it in case there's other better exercises for my issue that I don't know about :)
