Nice session. Is it normal with the knee circles to find one way much easier than the other? I find knee going backwards MUCH easier than knee going forwards, get much larger range of motion.
So do I! I think most people probably find that direction easier because it more closely mimics the movement we make when we walk. Sending it forward requires more glute strength to get the movement started and most of us have lazy glutes! 😉
