I have this bookmarked, it helped so much. I'm a research scientist, so I spend a lot of my day hunched over lab benches, and the tension in my neck/back gets so bad sometimes that I can feel it all the way in my fingers. Doing this ONCE already made a noticeable difference, so I've started doing it regularly. Thank you!!

I have not needed this upper back video for some time but today I woke up with a sore upper back. Picking weeds ? It is surprising what this video accomplishes in 10 minutes. I will stick with this for a couple of days. As always, Namasta Joelle
I think these two videos have eliminated the need for pain pills as often during the SI problem.
