Michelle’s mother wants people to believe that her daughter is innocent and wants her back to live happily ever after but, her daughter was dating a married man with 5 children which seems to mee that she was helping him to clean the house, the truck and his lies,Michelle was part of the plan and covered up. I think that she knows exactly what happened to Jennifer and what happened to her body. She doesn’t want to admit it because she would incriminate herself, she wanted Fotis, the 5 children, the houses, the cars and the money with Jennifer alive she wouldn’t have all that!! She helped him and she ended up with nothing. Lock her up!! Jennifer’s children deserve justice for their mom.

There’s no way she was not involved in this. Not just by her words are just damaging words about Jennifer but the fact that she’s a big player in this and you can see it. What a stupid thing to do.
Seems she was that desperate for a boyfriend. And so now she'll have to suffer whatever consequences for that desperation. Seems to be some doubt that the Conspiracy charge will stick, but the other two: hindering prosecution( more than obvious) and tampering with evidence seem quite likely. Wonder if a prison sentence is attached to those?

Their innocent daughter was having an affair with a married man with 5 small children and she helped him to cover up the murder of his wife and now they’re saying she has nothing to do with anything. Yep, no doubt she was rewinding all the events of that day in her head. trying to remember if she wore gloves, did she drop any of her personal items along the way that would connect her? Found it interesting in the third interview how she was jealous of all the women Fotis was communicating with on his phone. Apparently, she didn't feel as secure in that relationship as we believe. Once she found out that Fotis had been at Jennifer's house on the 22nd, did that make her jealous? What did she say to Fotis after she found out? Everyone tries to paint her as the innocent, unknowing , non- English speaking immigrant. I have a different take- I believe she was the catalyst that caused Fotis to kill Jennifer. She provoked him to do it, to prove that he actually would be able to marry her someday. Which is why she was more than happy to provide the alibi and help with the cleanup of evidence. She probably thought that secret would bond them together forever.

They saw, and video of the trial clearly shows the female attorney looking at Michelle's screen.
So, in light of the events in court yesterday afternoon, we see that the judge is planning to hold a contempt hearing for Michelle after the Defense rests it case. Trust me it's no accident that the custody report was on her monitor for the media in the courtroom to see. I'm sure her attorneys were hoping the media would release the info.. Wasn't previously aware of the interference by Michelle's mother during court proceedings, however, good to hear the judge state this morning that anyone in the gallery, who interferes, will be immediately expelled from the courtroom. Friday morning ( today) testimony has restored my faith in the work done by CT State Police. As they say a picture tells a thousand words. Seems the 15+ trips Michelle made on the afternoon of 5/24/19 , during a 3 hour span, ( the day Jennifer was murdered) between Jefferson Crossing and Mountain Spring Rd had nothing to do with cleaning a house. For you have to ask yourself, if she was actually cleaning , would she stop every 10-15 minutes, get in the car and drive back to the other house? Doesn't seem like you'd accomplish much. What should be noted about the video surveillance evidence shown this morning: 1) After Michelle had left the Jefferson Crossing house to go back to Mountain Spring Rd,( at approx 3:00 pm) a neighbor's ring camera picked up video of smoke coming from the fireplace a Michelle & Fotis's residence ( this smoke was not noted in earlier video from the same day). Historical weather data for the date of 5/24/19 in CT shows that it was sunny and approximately 75 degrees. That is hardly a day where you would light a fire in the fireplace. So now I need to know what Michelle was burning in that fireplace. Another fire was lit at approximately 6:30 pm, once both Fotis & Michelle had returned to Jefferson crossing. 2) In prior police interviews Michelle stated that sometime between the hours of 12:00 pm & 2:00 pm her & Fotis had lunch at Jefferson Crossing. Video surveillance of the driveway for the Mountain Spring Rd property shows that Fotis was returning with the Toyota Tacoma ( and Jennifer's body) just before 12:30 PM, and video shows Michelle going to the Mountain Spring Rd at approximately 1:30. Clearly Fotis was not the Jefferson Crossing property at the time MIchelle states they were eating lunch. And I hope people don't miss the fact that Jennifer stated she was driving the White Jeep Cherokee, we know Fotis had the Toyota Tacoma. These back & forth trips occurred over a 3 hour period with a lot of vehicle movement that also included Fotis's Chevrolet Suburban. To all those who think this woman is just an innocent victim, who's being tried because the boyfriend is dead, think again. Michelle also states that she went to her daughter's school on Friday afternoon, however, video surveillance of Mountain Spring Road clearly shows that her vehicle never drove past the driveway for 80 Mountain Spring Rd, but rather always pulls into that driveway. Doubtful she ever went to the daughter's school at all that afternoon, as video shows she was driving back & forth between Jefferson Crossing and Mountain Spring Rd in 10-15 minutes intervals, which would not leave enough time to go to her daughter's school in Avon. So, despite the comments disparaging investigators, seems they managed to collect vital evidence, promptly, to dispute the fairytales Fotis & MIchelle were telling. And thank God they did, otherwise these two slimy creatures would have gotten away with this murder.

Agree with you! I suspected that Jennifer’s body was dismembered, and now hearing about the back and forth trips coupled with the smoke from the fireplace, it’s easy to speculate why Jennifer’s body was never found. This is damning evidence against MT, in my opinion.

Apparently, her attorneys will try to convince the jury that her stupidity is an excuse to let her walk free. She had an obligation to promptly report what she was seeing. She didn't and as such becomes an accomplice after the fact.
Why was Michelle given so much consideration during the divorce re: her and her daughter having to leave the Fotis during child custody...she was a girlfriend not even a new wife. Why did she need do much access to 5 kids not her own.

I'm interested in finding more information on the relationship between Fotis and Anna Curry with whom he was also involved. Apparently she paid his bond and was living with him at the time he took his life.
@@ppw2393 she was his new girlfriend. From my reading, she was the one that return to the house when I believe the lawyer called her and said that FD never made it to the court . After he died, she was actually till this day trying to get back her bail money that she put up for him not much is said about her. She actually went back to live down south, but not much on her so far just the basics.

I can't imagine Fotis drove back to Farmington with her body. I initially thought it was his employee. The prosecution granted him Full Protection. I think Jennifers body is somewhere in New Canaan or someone took her from Fotis at Waverny Park - possibly shipped over seas or took her out to sea. I'd be investigated WHO HAS ACCESS TO A BOAT IN THE SOUND......... Fotis ,& MT are big water skier's!!!!

Surely, after Jennifer went missing, there were documents online that anyone had access to relating to their most recent court date. I’ve tried to find them since and have not been able to so people had access to these documents because they were not sealed until after she went missing.

While it's plausible that they were accessible prior to Jennifer's murder, Schoenhorn wasn't Michelle's attorney then. So, the state needs to determine the source of what Michelle was looking at, and then charge all, including Michelle and her clown attorneys, with contempt

No he knew that same day. But he called Attorney Meehan the very next day (Saturday morning). He knew because he was #1 suspect. They found blood cleaned up in Jennifers garage about 4pm the day she went missing. The same evening Fotis & MT were driving around Hartford disposing Jennifer's bloody clothes!!!! 😱 Yup UNIMAGINABLE

I believe Fotis had help disposing of Jennifer. He passed her remains to someone to dispose of, and guessing Fotis didn't want to know where Jennifer will be placed so that he might not reveal the truth in a lie detector test, or when he was interviewed by police. I want to know if Kent has knowledge of any involvement by MT, and if he knows where the body is.

And how was Michelle supposed to get the car from the carwash? Why did Fotis have to involve Michelle? Why didn't he advise the owner of the truck. The owner of the truck wasn't even told the car was detailed until after it was already detailed.

That’s not actually accurate. Her exact words were that Fotis was encouraging her to “Stick with it. Everything will be ok.” And then the cops in the interview said “stick to the story?” And she said “No” that’s not what she meant. Then she attempted to clarify that by “stick with it” she meant like “hang in there.” English is her second language, and I do think there were times that the language barrier allowed police to interpret her words the way they wanted. I am in no way saying she’s innocent but I listened to that part of the interview myself and she never says Fotis told me to stick to the story. Investigators ran with that.

Similar to saying the word "like", the on-scene reporter needs to stop saying "sort of". He says it multiple times in every segment, and in some cases he says it multiple times in a single sentence. Filler words such as these are annoying to the listener, and are a bad habit that so many people fall into. Someone whose job it is to speak publicly should know better..
The corespondent is terrific however he uses the term “sort of” every ten words . Once you notice, it’s hard to unhear … he’s a cutie though .
This case disgust me. They all want to live together yet this evil wicked man is not even DIVORCED YET. This woman deserves to be where she is because she knew this man was married and yet went after this man and what does God's word say? You treat marriage as sacred and don't touch that per God. Not the only question for me. Too obvious for her to participate in the actual murder, but from the video surveillance , seems she was only too happy to help with the cleanup, and to provide an alibi for Fotis, delaying any discovery of Jennifer's body for more than 2 months. And that is a crime.
