This nanny who obviously loves these children and is still with them to this day. Has been the saving grace to this whole situation.
This poor woman was dragged in the middle of an abusive marriage and divorce. Jennifer was truly lucky to have her. And to think she’s still a daily presence to those innocent 5 children, being their nanny to this day is impressive. She really loves those kids, that’s evidently clear. They’re very fortunate to have some stability in having her even though they lost both parents. That might be the only good thing they got out of this mess. I hope this woman knows what a hero she is! And I hope for nothing but the best for her going forward. 💗

She did not always answer that way . She started responding with “yep” when the being interrogated (inanely) by the female defense lawyer. I believe it was a subconscious betrayal of her feelings of disrespect. I understand her feelings.

Troconis has a translator speaking a small mic, hooked up to Troconis' ear. She's allowed that bc English is not her native language. But it is annoying, agrred!
I think some one is sitting near a live mic. I hear it too, but trying to ignore it.
Why the defense objected too much cause they knew their client destroyed this marriage and pushed fotis to be quickly erased Jennifer on earth...shame on them
I wonder if Michelle believed that Fotis had told Jennifer of the affair, because it seems Mitchie is very comfortable around the children. MT is also not trying to hide that she's in a relationship to Fotis.
Fotis possibly used tge camping pillow as a buffer. He possibly struck Jennifer and used the pillow as an object to absorb the blood. I am surprised the garage didn't have more blood spatter on the walls or the car.

What compelled Mrs T to now need an interpreter? Ms J had said she had conversed with Mrs T at a previous encounter. I believe it was at the FL ski club. At that encounter Mrs T didn’t need an interpreter. It was stated that they, she and Ms J , communicated with no problem. Perhaps Mrs T believes it will make her appear vulnerable. The supposed confused foreigner. Unable to understand what was and is happening. And I suppose it would be convenient as an excuse not to have to respond to reporters. Just portraying herself as confused, overwhelmed, an innocent bystander. It seems Mrs T wisely uses her hair as a drape to avoid anyone being able to see her face. How will Mrs T hide her face once she’s on the witness stand? Possibly, she’ll begin to wear a burka? No, that’s absurd. She will choose to brush all of her hair forward. Over her face, curtain style? Reminiscent of cousin It, from the infamous Adam’s family show and subsequent movie. Well I look forward to seeing how she will present herself.
I do believe she should have admonished her boyfriend for going through town placing items in trash receptacles that he had no right to use. Typically, that’s against the law. Trespassing I believe.

It all depends if the photograph is clear and if she can identify the people in the photo. I have seen many family photos that i could not recognize a family member. Why ask her that question without showing her the photo first???
The Nanny didn't work in the Personnel department. Where is this line of questioning going? Early on, there was no reason to suspect Fotis and Jennifer were having issues. Relationships change over time.
WOW IMO this Judge is overly tough on the defense team. It's painful to watch 😮😢
The Nanny didn't need to know where Fotis was at any time. Her job and focus was with Jennifer and the children.
So the Nanny cleaned around the kitchen, unknowingly that there was possibly evidence being washed away.
Why didn't he just have an affair with the beautiful nanny and kept it on the down low. No reason to kill anyone. So sad in all aspects. RIP Jen

That's a despicable remark. The Nanny wouldn't stoop that low. Just because the Nanny is attractive, doesn't mean she has a false moral compass. MT is despicable and desperate, needy, and believed everything Fotis said that was negative about Jennifer, and MT never met her.
I believe the Nanny would have been killed had she been in the house when Fotis arrived.
Fotis definitely ambushed Jennifer. I believe he was hiding until the garage opened, and Jennifer was out of her car. I feel had Jennifer noticed Fotis, prior to her getting out of the car, that she would have driven away and called police. Fotis was breaking the court order. He would have been arrested. All the items he had to kill Jennifer, would have been discovered, and he might have been arrested.
That's unfortunate that the garage side door was kept unlocked. That was not smart especially if you are afraid of your husband. I would have installed surevailence cameras, but that was a rental home.
The nanny has had enough education and has associated with enough uppity people to know she should be responding "Yes" and not "Yup" or "Yeah. Plus, why is she makeimg the kids beds and picking up their stuff? Kids are going to end up like their parents!!!!

Horn is concerned that MT'S dna will show up. He's not defending Fotis. That's not his client. So far, MT is cleared of being in that garage. Horn knows DNA is accurate. He'd use DNA evidence to defend MT, if that's all he had.
She was wealthy enough to have full time body guards. That’s where I would spend my money.
