I think FD knew camera could possibly capture images so he orchestrated that "dance" with the vehicles to confuse police. Which truck carried the body, who drove what truck, what's in back of truck.....? FD intentionally created that confusion and Pawel and Michelle knew what was going on. They are not innocent.

The only chance Fotis would have to get full custody, was if Jennifer actually abandoned her children, and showed up years later. Fotis knew that Jennifer would not ever be found, so he counted on her never returning so he could win custody. Jennifer would be out of his way, and not challenge Fotis for custody.

What was Fotis’ primary motive?? For custody?
He thought if he had custody of the kids he could access their trust fund money.
Fotis did not like anyone saying no to him. It was A ok for him to cheat on his wife. He told Jennifer that he wanted Michelle and her daughter to move into the mansion and Jennifer could continue paying the bills as she received $75,000 a month. Jen said no and started her plan to divorce him.
In my opinion he wanted complete control of the kids as he was a terrible businessman and his company was millions in debt.
In my opinion he would blackmail Grandma for money monthly in order for her and others to see the kids. It was so smart that the nanny took them to Grandma’s immediately.

A weak cross examination; Pawel Gumienny NEVER cooperated with Police, he refused to speak to them and lawyered up, then was given immunity regarding his involvement in exchange for a dishonest testimony. In fact it was Gumienny's idea to kill Jennifer and he's the only one who knows where she is as he likely did it for Fotus or at the very least assisted him. In this case Traconis is the scapegoat to passify the public, family, and relatives. Gumienny testifies (in this video) that he and Fotus weren't friends, however everyone who knows them knows thats a lie. Fotus and Gumienny spent more time together than anyone else spent with Fotus, they were EXTREMELY close. People are studying the Body Language of Michelle and Fotus, but not Pawel.
The body has to have a trail 👣 with the time and vehicles. One have her in it.
Isnt there toll both cameras could they pick up a clear picture of who was driving or did the Tacoma never go threw any tolls the picture with bike in back if u zoom in u can see hair could have Michelle been driving Tacoma at some point?
The Merritt Parkway does not have tolls. The only photos are from cameras from the rest stops.
Is the judge allowing Pavel to be questioned as a hostile witness? Or is this just the lame ass lawyers way of questioning?
