This is neighborhood watch in action. It is a good thing that Fotis talked too much, TMI, to the neighbor. It raised the neighbor’s alarm even further! Installed, immediately, another camera! Michelle and Fotis busted!
I like this witness - the neighbor in 2 Jefferson Crossing. He is confident, clear and unwavering in his testimony. The defense lawyer in the ill-fitting suit couldn’t shake him up.
I agree that he is definitely a great witness and he knows a lot of information pertaining to his neighbors

The guardian ad litem testimony was very revealing about not just Fotis but Michelle’s motivations. You know she was TICKED about not being allowed to be in the home during the time Fotis was able to have (supervised) visitation.
I thought the same thing.

Even when the camera isn't directed towards Michelle and her team, you can hear them trying to distract and rattle this witness
I would agree, when I seen him on the bike then the Chevy suv come back through I personally got a sinking feeling in my stomach. Thats the same SUV that was found that was Jennifer’s, he went to that ford truck and moved her body into that truck and went to the next property where MT was at and how do we know that because hours later the worker came and surprised them, Fotis Got his attention and MT took the keys from the truck door because they still needed to clean it and she knew it why else take the keys. Then we all seen her sit in the truck door open while he walked past her and threw that FedEx envelope in the drain 🤦♀️. Are we supposed to believe she didn’t see that. In the beginning I was torn if she actually knew everything or if maybe she was in the dark and he had already started controlling her so she was in fear of asking questions but I no longer believe that with all of this testimony and evidence. Michelle you sat complicit and helped a man take a mom of 5 children away all because you “loved” him and wanted her life, I hope the things you did and he did in front of you haunts your dreams and thoughts every day and night, that bloody Bra and shirt he cut off his wife, I hope you envision that it could have been you at some point if he hadn’t taken himself out! May Jennifer RIP, may her mom and Lauren be blessed every day for being such wonderful woman, and may the children have the courage to move on and be everything they want to be, not letting any of this hold them back all while knowing their mom would be so incredibly proud of them.
I love this judge, his voice is like Morgan Freeman. He seems to be very professional and fair too
He used to be a broadcaster. Went to law school later. Was a PD, then private practice and then a judge in family court. Very fascinating man.
@@LilTex0825 That doesn't surprise me. He seems to have excellent people skills, and is diplomatic. He obviously hangs on every word like he's playing 4D chess and sees all the potential avenues of questioning, and their responses hanging in the air in front of him; as soon as an objection is raised, he makes opposing counsel aware that he knows exactly where he is trying to go with this series of questions, (and at times even reiterates what the follow-up question is going to be and that it won't be allowed) and how the question should be worded. He is very highly skilled.

Waiting til alll evidence is in and hear closings to decide my opinion about guilt. She clearly lied a lot to cover for him - not looking good. I know the GAL couldn't discuss the contents of the psych eval.... BUT, It did sound like he had a place in his heart for FOTIS... Trying not to say he told FD it might be good to have a time line of his actions on the day JFD went missing... He did FINALLY answer that FD often did not tell the truth... OFW " Our Family Wizard" is often used when parents just can't co-operate. "Was it your opinion the Mr. Dulos lied an awful lot ? " pause... pause... answer " YES " .... Whoa... .The very end of the day had some shockers.. MT with her lap top opened to a possible page of the SEALED DOCUMENT ? MT's Family mouthing things to the JURY..... WTHeck ? Tomorrow shall be interesting ...
What was the point of emphasizing for the jury that Fotis was a liar??

I hated the neighbor. Worst neighbor ever. Sending clips to police and bad talking the guy next door. Idc it’s bad form throwing people under the bus. And I hated how he kept stressing he lives on a “private street.” Life we are supposed to be impressed. No way.
