What looks like hair on the profile could be something as simple as a pair of sunglasses resting on the head, or a cap, or even NOTHING but a simple trick of light and shadow. There is an extremely large amount of evidence in this case that points the finger at Telles as the murderer. A blurry, shadowy profile is not evidence to the contrary.

I hope they have a good laugh amongst themselves while recounting his testimony together as they sift through the pile of damning evidence.
The speed at which this judge reads these rules out to the jury at the start tells me all I need to know about America's so-called "Justice system." What exactly is the rush? Oh, the utter incompetence! God Bless America!
And if that were the case he would have said so. The defense had every opportunity to directly refute that testimony and all they came up with was the family had a laptop that didn't get seized- as if he clunked a laptop out to the kitchen instead of conveniently using his phone. Not a single word about having memorizes the recipe.
He is absolutely a joke. When state is giving closing, all he does is shake his head incredulously. “They are wrong”. With his head in hand and fingers! However, when his lawyer is speaking- he is upright and listening with no head moves. “Yep, that’s right my lawyer is telling the truth”- also, his dopey 2 lawyers should be whispering to him- “stop the facials and shaking of the head- you are ridiculous!!! (I can’t wait to be done with this cartoon character!! Never met him, but I hate him!
The video evidence showing the killer with supposed hair and glasses is the best and only rebuttal the defense managed. But it's too blurry. I don't think the jury will be swayed by this.
This case was one of the best examples of an incredibly stupid person who is narcissistic enough to think he’s smart. It’s great to be able to witness that level of a lack of self awareness. Making those faces and shaking your head the whole time will make you even more unlikeable to the jury, who already don’t like you after witnessing your smugness for two days of a NARRATIVE testimony… so so SO grateful this moron thought he knew better than actual criminal defense attorneys…
I was surprised they never mentioned the aftermarket taillights on the Denali - with clear outer glass instead of red. That was more identifying and unique than the stock wheels and faded trim (they all do that after ten years.)
I’m not familiar with this case. As sad as it sounds I knew this guy was guilty within the first 5 min. Why would you do research on your work computer about your victim. Then drive around in broad daylight. Did he also have his cell phone on him at the time of attack? I wouldn’t be surprised. Edit: ok I finished the video he didn’t take his cellphone. What a mastermind.
There are basically two kinds of defendants. First shows every way possible it couldn't possibly be them. Second is only poking holes in the states case. Telles is the second and most likely to be found guilty with zero proof he wasn't anywhere near there.

The speed at which this judge reads these rules out to the jury at the start tells me all I need to know about America's so-called "Justice system." What exactly is the rush? Oh, the utter incompetence! God Bless America!
strange guy
What say you jury? So , so, so GUILTY!! SAY HI TO ANNIE!!! LOL
Beware of orange ninja landscaper with murder forethought in the afternoon.
Mr clean is guilty
He looks tired, worried and hopelessly hopeful.
Good job captain obvious.
He could have chicken fried recipe in his head memorized.
And if that were the case he would have said so. The defense had every opportunity to directly refute that testimony and all they came up with was the family had a laptop that didn't get seized- as if he clunked a laptop out to the kitchen instead of conveniently using his phone. Not a single word about having memorizes the recipe.
He better drink that coffee now coz he will have a cold nasty coffee all his life
He is absolutely a joke.
Weirdest shiftiest eyes 👀 and mannerisms I’ve ever seen. He’s creepy 😳
The video evidence showing the killer with supposed hair and glasses is the best and only rebuttal the defense managed. But it's too blurry. I don't think the jury will be swayed by this.
Cant imagine having to defend a murderer when the evidence is right in front of our eyes. He could wear a wig and glasses..he is not that stupid
This Telles is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt… besides that this Judges hair is so confusing 🫤. I swear it looks like she just got out of bed.
Bahahahahaha omg I thought maybe she had a rough night but nope, day 2 hair the same lol.
@@HeatherBucciachioher hair is fried from the dumb blonde dye
It must be really difficult to do it’s a mess everyday 😂
😂😂😂 that’s hilarious 😆
Pretty elaborate framing scheme, I like the murder outfit best. Bright orange west and a giant straw hat, legendary.
What time do they begin tomorrow?
This case was one of the best examples of an incredibly stupid person who is narcissistic enough to think he’s smart. It’s great to be able to witness that level of a lack of self awareness. Making those faces and shaking your head the whole time will make you even more unlikeable to the jury, who already don’t like you after witnessing your smugness for two days of a NARRATIVE testimony… so so SO grateful this moron thought he knew better than actual criminal defense attorneys…
This is NOT looking good for you Rob
I don't think that that's hair that they are trying to prove, I believe it was those weird ass eyebrows blowing around 😂
I watch a lot of these court cases and by far this guy is up there being the dumbest person ever
He killed a guy and still didn't skip leg day
The male prosecutor is a savage
Reminds me of Juan Martinez
Now post guilty verdict he’s still chatting to the media he’s innocent!!’ Even his mother knows he’s guilty!
I was surprised they never mentioned the aftermarket taillights on the Denali - with clear outer glass instead of red. That was more identifying and unique than the stock wheels and faded trim (they all do that after ten years.)
Very good point.
"This laptop has the ability to pause. It has the ability.....to ZOOM!" So like every laptop?
Loved this prosecutor. You can tell he had fun with this clown 🤡🤡
I am appaled that he can still be elligible for parole when he it is proved that he went to the gym right after the murder! No remorse at all...
Remorse had nothing to do with it. He needed an alibi, he went to the gym where they scan his member ID.
His eventful arrest on a stretcher shows guilt.
What’s with the yellow ties?
Didn't you get the memo? It's yellow tie day
Tie a yellow ribbon...
During this closing argument, the only person on Earth that didn't think he would be found guilty was Telles himself.
You never know what juries will do 😮
If the hair doesn't fit, you must acquit.
😄🤣
02:34:05. Seems very proud of that.
Gotta love the mystified scowling he did while the prosecutor listed everyone he blamed for his predicament. I guess he must have missed the time when he testified to all of those things.
Has his wife filed for divorce?
Have you ever heard of Google? Curious. You could simply find out, all by yourself, instead of waiting for strangers to respond.
If looks could kill: 1:52:33 and see what Mr. German saw at the very last. This is one evil dude.
BUT - the man in the Denali that looks like he is wearing glasses and has hair is NOT evidence.
You’re right, it’s not
Why was this fool shaking his head "No" when she said he was stabbing that man on the video footage
29:11 29:12 they're really going to like him in prison.
I love how the prosecutor devolves into all of us by the end of his closing. Like oh cmon scene in liar liar
2:03:13....you can hear Robert telles die when the prosecutor said that
1:40:00 Anyone can get a Wig and fake glasses. He already disgusted himself as a utility worker or gardener. That is not enough evidence to say that's not him.
That rebuttal was just 👌
Such a great rebuttal closing. The only point I wish they had pointed out was that framing him for murder (instead of killing him) would have the very obvious result of bringing wayyy more light on it lol
If a defendant wants a mistrial and decides to try and get it by attacking the jury physically, do y’all think the judge will grant a mistrial?
ROBERT TELLE, IS GUILTY
