stackleft your talking about a world class bodybuilder, this isn’t powerlifting. If you wanna go down that path then talk about form. Bodybuilding has nothing do to with form or strength. The judges don’t care how much weight you lift or your form only how you look on stage that day! Do what works for you!
He has been training for so damn long that he can easily activate the muscle he is trying to work without even thinking about it - to all the form police out there.
reason i watch these videos, to motivate myself before i go to the gym, i get pumped and wish i can be like branch warren. well that is out of the question if im doing the natural way
Branch has made the very best out of not the best physique on the pro stage and no one can deny his full on work effort. Sure his exercise form is awful at times but it's no worse than any of the other pro's. Ronnie's T-bar rows weren't text book either. I salute you Branch Warren. You are the Man!
Branch's effort is certainly there but his form is lousy! Heaving the weights with momentum, partial reps because he is using more weight than he can handle properly, no stretching the muscles with full ROM, no controlled negatives, forced reps without doing any complete reps on your own, etc. No worse than any other pros? Baloney! Look at training videos by Lee Priest or Frank Zane to name just two. This sport is bodybuilding, not try to use the most weight of anyone in the gym just for the sake of it!
The music they play in this gym is so fucking savage. This is the shit that should be playing in all gyms not fucking dance/techno shit.........Motivation!
you are right bro..pro bodybuilder are always try to catch the heavy pump...sometimes they do partial movement. they already have all kind of muscle...and they want more big muscle as to compete with others. i saw pill heat traing vid, when the weight become heavier he also do partial movement to catch the pump.
I will never say Branch is doing things "wrong" or "bouncing" or any of that nonsense because he's one of the best in the world and one of my personal favorites....but that being said, I do wonder sometimes if his physique and some of the lines some people/judges find aesthetically displeasing could have been changed if he had altered his training style.
@jerjameswoj exactly, intensity is the reason people grow, hard work, n Branch Warren is the ultimate in hard work and intensity. 5 reps with 80s on DB curls, even if form isnt perfect, is going to grow more muscle than perfect form at 5 pounds for 80 reps. Perfect form shouldnt be a concern when pushing past your physical limits. Eventually youll be able to do good form on the weight you were hoisting. It's all mental!
The guy is on the juice. He has packed on so much muscle that he can risk training with "bad" form. Form in itself is just optimal... so don't judge this guy.
Well actually he cares a lot. No professional bodybuilders want to injure themselves, but he sure does go heavy. Branch is one of my favorite bodybuilders.
holy shit! all that just for back. no wonder why its called train insane! i do back and biceps same day and im in and out of the gym in around an hour and a half
cause people who talk about strict form are only saying that to stop themseves getting sued, not cause its the only way to build muscle, even construction builders make muscles , it aint about form dude, it never was, its about intensity. Form is just so you dont get hurt, and to try and isolate a lagging muscle.
Possibly. Nobody can verify for sure, and you certainly won't find the answer in UA-cam comments. Better not jump into assumptions and conclusions too soon though. However, regardless of what people may think, you cannot just take some steroids, and become a prominent IFBB pro. It takes effort, toughness and tons of dedication and discipline to be an Olympian competitor, and thus attain a physique like that.
Perhaps that's why Branch is prone to injury. Dorian Yates had perfect form despite the heavy ass weight he used. Kai Greene, Phil Heath, Jay Culter, Dexter Jackson, Victor Martinez all have perfect form when lifting. They often say the weight is secondary in their mindset with form being the most important thing.
@TheZakattack123 he is the owner of metroflex, he helped get 8x MR O coleman into bodybuilding, he trained alot of these guys with his hardcore attitude. He is alittle funny but he is a legend in the game expecially TX
everyone try to look smart by posting stupid comment ...but who will get close to branch one day none of you or 0.01% so let the real men work the way it work for on is body !
Imagine everybody training like this at your gym, it’s a beautiful life !
Thats what a man should look like.. Branch Warren is the ultimate badass for life..
All the guys complaining bout his pulldown form, I wanna see them do the stack for 20 odd reps using any form they got lol
He trains like an idiot and is bringing in so many other muscles groups with that shitty ass form.

Hahaha Exactly
He has been training for so damn long that he can easily activate the muscle he is trying to work without even thinking about it - to all the form police out there.
Branch is one of the few bodybuilders out thier that isn't afraid to tear something in his body cause how heavy he goes.
LIGHTWEIGHT

You step inside the gym and hear conan music playing. What can possibly be more awesome ?
I love how people just stop working out and witness this monster do what he does best.
Branch is a beast!
Branch has made the very best out of not the best physique on the pro stage and no one can deny his full on work effort.

The music adds to it
Branch is super human.

The music they play in this gym is so fucking savage. This is the shit that should be playing in all gyms not fucking dance/techno shit.........Motivation!
Wow, intense. I train intense and his intensity beats mine by a long mile!
I think it is safe to say Branch Warren is not a great exponent of the mind/muscle connection theory.
Light weight baby!!!!!
Yes, his name is Brian Dobson. He owns the Metroflex gym, the most hardcore gym u can ever find
if this doesnt get you pumped to hit the gym nothing will...
Some of the pump up soundtracks you will ever hear ... Conan the Barbarian , last of the mohicans, Braveheart..

Brian Dobson is still in great shape for his age on this video
I watch Kai for form and Branch for motivation
branch could definately play a lumberjack in a movie
I will never say Branch is doing things "wrong" or "bouncing" or any of that nonsense because he's one of the best in the world and one of my personal favorites....but that being said, I do wonder sometimes if his physique and some of the lines some people/judges find aesthetically displeasing could have been changed if he had altered his training style.
Does that gym seriously play the Conan the Barbarian soundtrack?!?! Aww that is soo badass. If only my gym did that.
I love his coach he's fuckin amping me up!!!

The guy is on the juice. He has packed on so much muscle that he can risk training with "bad" form. Form in itself is just optimal... so don't judge this guy.

Imagine how Branch must train if he's really pissed off at something or someone. Barbells probably get broken
Quick someone give him the Sandow trophy!
Well actually he cares a lot. No professional bodybuilders want to injure themselves, but he sure does go heavy. Branch is one of my favorite bodybuilders.
Branch training style has the same intensity like dmx
holy shit! all that just for back. no wonder why its called train insane! i do back and biceps same day and im in and out of the gym in around an hour and a half
The two who dislike is Jay Cutler and Victor Martinez :)

Palumboism...Branch Warren is the new poster boy for it.

I'll like to make a trip there to see for myself.
Perhaps that's why Branch is prone to injury. Dorian Yates had perfect form despite the heavy ass weight he used. everyone try to look smart by posting stupid comment ...but who will get close to branch one day none of you or 0.01% so let the real men work the way it work for on is body !
