Wow, those chain lateral raises are sick. Makes me wanna get chains and pimp them during my workouts. What an inspiration Branch. Thanks for the upload Nindzagrobar
@AlvaroDevante I agree with you.You can pretty much get stale or get stuck in a plateau with any type of exercises.I like the Lee Haney where you do cycles throughout the year:Mass(lifting heavy weights like Warren there)Cut (lifting high reps in order to chisele the body)Moderate (lifting moderate weights to shape the muscles).True, no BB stick to slow-controlled movement, but if longevity if your after that's the safest way. When your young you think about that, but when you old like me you do.
Because the fast twitch muscles have the biggest grow potential + genetics. Guys like Yates used intensity and strict form, and Branch and Ronnie use maximum force + momentum and it seems to work. Everyone is different, but I dont reccomend to train like this before you turn pro and know how to precisely "feel" your muscles and have a strong foundation.
@Naturalhit I meant to say when you're young you don't think about that, but when you hit 40 like i did you do. I like the Kevin Levrone and his approach to training today.
Escucho una y otra ves el bideo cuando entrenó 💪 y nomecanso es único da ganas de aser una ensalada de mancuernas cadaves que terminó de entrenar🏋♂️ jajaa 😋😋
@AlvaroDevante Doctors at Baylor Hospital in Texas diagnosed Branch Warrens leg injury as a torn quad tendon in his left leg. Warren will have surgery Monday morning. He missed 2011 Mr. Olympia.
@petriukas20 Well, I'm not criticizing him, so no offense taken. What I'm saying is that you can't critique someone's form when they have more achievements than you. Now if you were Phil Heath, then it's an entirely different story. In regards to roids, we all know they are on them, but that alone does not help you win competitions; these guys put immense dedication into what they do. I'm bigger than some guys who are on the juice, and I'm natural. Also thanks for the personal compliment.
@PistolStar21 You seem to have misunderstood my comment. I'm implying that the only way to get that big is by cycling roids (hence the catabolic breakdown stopped part), if you knew anything about steroids you would have understood what I meant, because that's the only way to halt your catabolic breakdown and skyrocket "your" testosterone. My point is that anybody that cycles steroids for long enough can look like this guy if they keep it up and have a proper diet.
@pumitaproductions ohhh :L yeah well he may have been closer to a comp when that was filmed :L if you've seen his legs recently they're getting a lot bigger so he may have upped the intensity
As awesome as he is, I have a question.. How do guys like him and Jay Cutler have such "unorthodox" workout form and still have the gains? And please refrain from replying with the steroids remark...
Too bad Tom Hardy was already put in role of Bane in the new Batman movie. Well we can always ask Nolan to put Branch as Bane after venom and let Hardy to play the pre-venom Bane :)
because even though his form is not great hes just pissed off enough to get away with it. lets say you got lee priest and branch warren. There both doing hammer curls with 80 pound dumbells. Lee does a set of 12 reps with perfect form, Branch does a set with horrible form but gets 25 reps. Different syles, both get pumps.
Of course he's juicing. He's also working far harder than you could possibly hope to without them. Mixed with good genetics and a monstrous amount of food, THAT's why he's this big. You want to get to that level? You have no choice. You can't possibly recover fast enough without the edge to train that hard, that often, without completely destroying yourself.
shouldn't exercises be performed without any swinging movements? that is like the #1 most important thing i learned from natural bodybuilding and i would assume this also applies to roid-users
@PistolStar21 Sooo you're saying steroids had absolutely nothing to do with him getting that big? The truth is that the only reason these bodybuilders put on massive amounts of muscle is simply because their catabolic breakdown stopped or slowed down greatly and their testosterone skyrocketed. You combine that with a decent diet and you'll look like him in a few years if you keep it up. They're many people that work their ass off at the gym, of which many would look just like him
guys, i havent seen exercises to be done as incorrect as in this video. these men are probably on steroids. and at 0:41 hes doing it so wrong. when i do that on my bicep, i do it without swinging, like who swings the weight like that wtf. no im not jealous, these men still put a lot of effort into it. anyway, no judgement.
With all due respect to the man (whos a goddamn animal at the peak of its meaning), whats up with his R.O.M? The only exercise i`ve seen him do with a somewhat descent form was the squat. Apart from that he`s barely even doing half of the range of motion on most exercises. Anyways i guess thats what works for him. I like his gym mentality though. But i have to give it to yates for intensity inspiration :P

@Dan Jacobs so where is your pro card at?
As awesome as he is, I have a question.. How do guys like him and Jay Cutler have such "unorthodox" workout form and still have the gains? And please refrain from replying with the steroids remark...
Intensity all about intensity of effort
Too bad Tom Hardy was already put in role of Bane in the new Batman movie. Well we can always ask Nolan to put Branch as Bane after venom and let Hardy to play the pre-venom Bane :)

Anybody following his form of exercise will definately hurt themselves in the long run. Slow control contraction in full range of motion is better.
This is what mothers think what happens when you buy creatine for the first time

He never got injured at the gym, always off the gym lol that’s the funniest part I believe he fell off his horse once and got hurt
4:07 heavy, but not 90°
imagine if he dont these jerky fast reps with no full range of motion without drugs lol
