    Great video...High intensity...lots of motivation. Will you keep San Antonio, Tx in mind for opening a Metro Flex gym here. Gold's gym is becoming a gym for people who just look at themselves in the mirror, no work ehtics. I'm a little beast who would love to have a Metro Flex environment. Well keep San Anton in mind. Thanks brother.!!

    People knock Branch's form nonstop, and you know what I agree that it's a little crazy but look at him, his chest development is insane, his legs too. shoulders, everything. works for him.

    yeah there's a difference in building strength and building muscle. these guys are strong, yes but they're lifting heavy to build muscle first and foremost.

    true but yet again he has been through many injuries. The reason many people talk about his form is because other bodybuilders including himself have talked about good form to avoid injury. Also if you look back at Ronnie's videos which you can find on youtube his form doesnt compare to Branch.

    Well said. In all of his videos where he talks about squatting he makes comments like "I go bellow parallel" and "If you're not going all the way down on your squats, you're missing the best part of the lift," yet there is not one video on youtube of him doing even one rep parallel. He also says that he knows he could do 5 plates on incline bench but the risk of injury isn't worth it, yet he hurts himself all the time going too heavy and still sacrifices form for reps on every exercise he does.

      if he is fresh, I believe he can do a 5 plates bench. His form is very off, but it works for him and made him a IFBB pro. He should be honest about his squat form tho

    ... overtime you will understand why, try experimenting with bodybuilding training and their styles and then you'll see why through your size gains, size, not necessarily strength.
    You want strength more than size? Push or pull the weight and lock out with minimal rep range.
    Want that bodybuilding physique more than strength? Constant tension (no lockout), slow negs, lots of reps, heavy as possible.
    Learn some.

    @POWERHOUSE451 Jay will have to come in a little off for that to happen unfortunately. And Branch will have to be better than he was at the Arnold, but stranger thing have happened (2008 - Dexter winning the O). Should be a good one!

    @JAEDOGNYC also, and ego lifter is someone that has insecurities about what people think therefore tries to lift more weight which means they use crappy form. Dont try to cover that up with some smartass little comment, its stupid and youll end up getting injured, see those scars on branches arms? theyre biceps injuries which have hampered his bodybuilding career, as hes weak on the rear double bicep, the most important pose in bodybuilding, so if you wanna get injured like that go ahead.

    thats because he cant. He along with Johnnie jackson have tremendous knee problems. I think many people dont write comments like these because they just follow the crowd and are afraid of getting shit from assholes. Also people say that these guys bust their ass in the gym and is true, but the fact is that steroids do wonders.

    @JAEDOGNYC i never said anything about not lifting heavy, what is heavy is a matter of opinion. Intensity in bodybuilding obviously means working harder, and ive just proved that im working harder by putting my muscles under plenty of force for the most amount of time possible, so therefore, have a more intense workout. Branch's form is terrible, but as bryan dobson says it works for him so im not gonna disagree with that, its when douchebags like you try and copy him is when i have a problem.

    there is no reason to bounce the weight of your chest or do half reps

    @SNaRF66666666 well you should never lock out anyway, but when at full flex the muscles are still working... and half reps are shit because youre only doing 1/2 the work, wheres a 2 up 2 down timing, you end up doing 1 sec (or less) up and down, therefore doing half the work (if work done =force x time), physics isnt exaclty on your or branch's side...

    @JAEDOGNYC try reading what i said. i said that as bryan dobson explains, it works for branch, so im not gonna tell someone to train a way that doesnt work as well for them. This is probably down to the fact that he take steroids. You however probably dont, and therefore shouldnt train like a steroid user. You clearly know nothing about natural bodybuilding ,or about the ifbb

    1:53..... lmao... he has a great chest BECAUSE he doesn't lock out during presses..... Locking out forces more lactic acid build up in your triceps and since the triceps is a smaller muscle group than the chest, the triceps will fail before the chest does. The point of doing a press is to exhaust the chest....

    @POWERHOUSE451 That comment is as objective as a grand mom. Anybody who have ever picked up a dumbell knows that screaming,bad boy faces and cool outfits dont mean shit in bodybuilding. I have nothing against this guy, but he has pretty bad form in every exercise he does. It works for him, no doubt, but take a look at Jari Mentula (IFBB PRO) for example, and youll see what hard work is at the gym.

    Hi there, have you heard about MuscLeader" (just search Google)? On their website you will find a nice free video showing the best way to pack on notable lean muscle easily while burning body fat as well. Fabian or many other guys like him had good results because of this method. Hopefully it will help you as well.

    @SNaRF66666666 you obviously know nothing about physics if you dont know how to work out work done.... i never said anything about intensity, oh and if i look back the past year ive put at the past year ive put on a good 10 pounds of lean muscle at least, by doing decent form good intensity sets, not by training like a complete ego lifter. I dont have a personal trainer and i dont want your life story thanks

    @tomodonnell3 You never said anything about intensity cause you don't know shit about it.There are different levels of intensity and nothing beats lifting heavy to achieve maximum intensity and strength and muscle gains.And besides Branch's form is properly executed.."Ego lifter" is what the weak call the strong.

On their website you will find a good free video explaining how you can start building noteworthy muscles fast while reducing unwanted fat as well. James and many other guys enjoyed great success using this system. It may help you as well.

    you dont need to lock out in bodybuilding!!!!! what for? so that you can win in a powerlifting contest???a bodybuilder doesnt want to win strengh competitions, he wants to make his muscle grow, an if not fully locked out works for permanent tension and good muscle growth, why not use thi technic???!!! please dont mix powerlifting and bodybuilding!!!
