Love Spoon! They have so many great tracks. The second single “Wild” I think is fantastic also.
Absolutely!
Spoon have always put out great records
Don't know a lot about Spoon. Will be looking into it.
Started listening to some ELO recently. Starting with the double album "Out of the Blue".
Good recommendation. Listening now
No disrespect intended, but in all seriousness how are you a music channel with a love of "real music" and not be (by the sound of it) at all familiar with Spoon? :) I don't get it. (Don't get me wrong, I'm all for more folks hearing their stuff, but that's weird.)
Dive ye, into their discography with you!
I don’t care about their discography. Spoon isn’t exactly one of the best bands in the world and up until this album, I’ve not been a fan. I’ve known them since the late 90s but they’ve never produced anything that’s got my attention. Now that they have, I’m letting my subscribers know about them. Do you expect me to know every single band’s discography? That is extremely impossible!
@@RedMugMusic Now I'm even more confused. You don't care about their previous work. Got it. Apologies you seem to have taken that quite personally.
Perused your channel and see you're an oldschool Duran, Arcadia & Power Station fan, as am I. Cheers. Best of luck with your channel.
And for whatever it's worth - I've spent 4 full listens through Lucifer on the Sofa, and it's very much a cohesive representation of essentially everything they've done before (discography) and just a bit (as usual) more.
